When my husband requested maintenance to address these problems, Jan had the audacity to write back and say "novel text messages are really my pet peeve"-- ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I was blown away by the rudeness and the unprofessionalism. I have never ever ever dealt with people like this. The delayed responses, straight to voicemail calls, ignore the text messages.. the list goes on! Where I come from in California, we don't do business this way and we don't treat people this way.
