Shaun Boyd responded almost immediately. Not only did he have the part, but he was also kind enough to sell it to me and not gouge me on the price. I also had a problem after the install. This is the type of person you want to hire on future projects and surround yourself with as a friend! Many thanks. Don't think twice about hiring him should you need well service. Greg M

They do great work; the same plumbers show up over and over, that is a good sign. Price is always reasonable; I have never looked at one of their bills and questioned the charges, and I am the kind of guy that does that! Areas of improvement- Their virtual assistant that picks up when you call is atrocious. Took the appointment but they dispatched the wrong guys for the job I needed done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

I called and spoke to Ryan at 3:30 in the afternoon. He said Steve would meet me there in 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair clearly and had a replacement part on hand. He quoted me an estimate that was worst case scenario, and then proceeded to dig up my pump, That pump by the way was fried and he replaced it and then knocked off $1000 off the worst case scenario, there were no hidden fees. Nothing but friendly, honest and professional service. I guess they haven't been in-service for 40 years for nothing. Linda Harris

I have used Eastern Water Solutions for several years now to service my water filtration system…read more I've used other supposedly "reputable" companies in the past who have lied and basically replaced my filters each time for service (charging me for a complete new install) instead of emptying them and re-bedding them costing me thousands of dollars each year. Last year, I needed to replace my chemical system with a more efficient system. I did my due diligence and had 3 different companies come out to give quotes. Two of the companies clearly did not know what they were doing and I again chose Eastern to do the work. They were honest, explained everything, and did not try and oversell me on things I did not need. They guys that came out to install it were fantastic, professional and answered all of the questions that I had as they were replacing it. The system takes up less space and they did an awesome job on the installation. Once completed, took the time to explain to me how the entire system works. A few days later, the water still wasn't clear, they came out, made some adjustments and emptied my storage tank and I haven't had a problem since. My water is perfect. No more stains, smells, chemicals! Just recently, my water stopped working after hours. I immediately called them and they scheduled the service guys to come out at 8:30 am the next day. Andy and his team arrived promptly at 8:30 am, quickly assessed the situation and it was determined that there were frayed wires near the pump itself. Money is extremely tight for me at the moment and my worst fear was that the well pump had died. I firmly believe that any other company would have lied and told me it was my well pump since it is 15 years old. The guys went over and above and put some plastic sleeves around the wires in order to prevent the friction of the wires rubbing against the well casing. The job was completed in one hour. This company is the epitome of honesty, integrity, professionalism and what customer service should be all about. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! If you are looking for well, well pump or water treatment system, Eastern is the way to go! Do NOT waste your time with the over-priced "well known" companies out there or the smaller "mom&pop" shops who don't have the capacity to handle your needs. Shane runs a top-notch operation with amazing employees from the field technicians to the office staff. THANK YOU EASTERN!!! You have a customer for life!

THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE. I had scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for installation of new…read moreequipment for today, 10/14. The day of the appointment (WHICH I TOOK OFF FROM WORK FOR TO BE HOME) I decided to call around 9am to get a estimated time they would show up. Melanie said they had some "no water" calls that morning and were running behind. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them call me back later with a new time frame. Melanie calls back around 12pm saying that they got more "no water" calls and all the crews were working on those calls and they had to reschedule. Okay, I get that having no water is an issue. HOWEVER, you have SCHEDULED jobs....WEEKS IN ADVANCE. If I had a reservation at a restaurant I would get in before people that just walk in. Same concept. People that call in need to wait. Plain and simple. On the other hand, if I wasn't home and the company showed up to do work, they would be pissed (as I am now). Clearly, this company places priority on bigger jobs that bring in the most money. Forget if you have a scheduled job. If something better comes along you'll be pushed aside. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST here. The company needs to better prioritize their crews (if they even care to). Have a team focused on emergencies and one focused on SCHEDULED JOBS. I urge everyone to NOT USE this company. If you feel like wasting your entire day for them to reschedule the day of your appointment, then by all means call them up. I will be finding a different company that actually SHOWS UP

After living in the woodsy part of Fairfield County for many years, I considered myself a seasoned…read morehomeowner who had it all figured out--with trusted providers for septic, well, gutter, and water treatment maintenance. I knew how to do it right, until I didn't. This fall, after a series of major disappointments with my previous service, I went back to basics and gathered quotes from four different water treatment companies. I am so glad Matt, the owner of CT Radon and Well Water Solutions, was one of them. Matt's honesty, patience with my many questions, and willingness to provide a solution that didn't push unnecessary, expensive equipment replacements sold me immediately. Having interviewed three other companies and looking back at my original provider, Matt's diagnostics were spot-on, accurate, and fair. While other companies walked in and spoke to me like I'd never maintained a system before--assuming I was standing by with an open checkbook--Matt took an old-school, transparent, and respectful approach. Once we agreed on the scope of work, Matt sent out Nick and Rich to rebuild the softener and conditioner tank and valves and upgrade our Reverse Osmosis system. Both gentlemen were extremely polite, patient with my questions, and happy to explain the technical details as well as proper maintenance routines (like draining and refilling the RO tanks after the visit). Working with Matt, Nick, and Rich feels like working with trusted neighbors providing honest work for an honest price--a rare find these days. After weeks of dealing with iron-heavy, hard water, our system is running perfectly again. I could not be happier with CT Radon and Well Water Solutions!
