We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. Him & Wyatt had me relieved to know that everything would be taken care of promptly . Thanks to all the staff and technicians at T Webber. You guys Rock!!!

The opinion expressed in my review was built over a period of time…read more We had just purchased our house in Dutchess County and soon found out that our neighborhood was known for water issues. I had called them initially and was given some sound FREE advise on what to check first before going down the road of having them visit. I always appreciated that and kept them in mind should the need occur. Speed up to this month. We had chronically low pressure with no recovery. They were able to fit us in before they went on vacation (family owned businesses are entitled to that). They did a systematic and thorough diagnosis before checking the pump itself. It turned out that our 32 year old pump was filled with sediment. They had a matching (and more powerful with a three year warranty) pump on hand thankfully. They replaced it, changed a faulty pressure gauge, and adjusted the pressure tank. As of right now we have much more water pressure than previously. Based on our experience with them, they were quick, efficient, professional, and we feel that it was money well spent. Eventually, we may have to drill deeper since we ultimately want a Constant Pressure system. If what they installed holds up, then they will hear from me again.

This review posting is very unfortunate as I have never had this experience with Kappas before and…read morethey have been to my house multiple times and have always been helpful. Sunday of this week our water stopped working. We had already been experiencing some issues and had changed out filters ourselves and had called kappas that came out to look and didn't charge us to do so. So Sunday with no water we called and were told someone would be there Monday morning to check. Two workers came and discovered our well pump had died. We were quoted at a cost of 6500-8500 to replace (which after some research have discovered that quote is outrageous). They started to pull out our pump but a few minutes later told us it was stuck and they would need a different machine but because of where our pump was in vicinity of power lines they wanted their boss to come and take a look. He came later that afternoon and after looking around told us the only way he could fix our pump was if we allowed him to put his hoist truck through our garden essentially distroying our front garden and most likely doing damage to our stone walkways and retaining wall on our driveway. We suggested a crane which he refused because he said he couldn't block the road (which isn't true because we have had a crane guy come out to take trees off our property with no issue). He left said he would think about it and call us back. He didn't call us back so my husband and his friend used his backhoe and were able to easily start to remove the pump. We then rented an uppsey daisy and got the rest of the pipe and the actual pump out. The pump was never stuck as Kappas had told us. We have since been calling them to ask if they could come out and finish the job at a lower cost since we have purchased everything ourselves and they lied. They have refused to call us back. We will never be using them again. We will also be telling this story every time someone in neighborhood social media groups asks for recommendations

THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE. I had scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for installation of new…read moreequipment for today, 10/14. The day of the appointment (WHICH I TOOK OFF FROM WORK FOR TO BE HOME) I decided to call around 9am to get a estimated time they would show up. Melanie said they had some "no water" calls that morning and were running behind. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them call me back later with a new time frame. Melanie calls back around 12pm saying that they got more "no water" calls and all the crews were working on those calls and they had to reschedule. Okay, I get that having no water is an issue. HOWEVER, you have SCHEDULED jobs....WEEKS IN ADVANCE. If I had a reservation at a restaurant I would get in before people that just walk in. Same concept. People that call in need to wait. Plain and simple. On the other hand, if I wasn't home and the company showed up to do work, they would be pissed (as I am now). Clearly, this company places priority on bigger jobs that bring in the most money. Forget if you have a scheduled job. If something better comes along you'll be pushed aside. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST here. The company needs to better prioritize their crews (if they even care to). Have a team focused on emergencies and one focused on SCHEDULED JOBS. I urge everyone to NOT USE this company. If you feel like wasting your entire day for them to reschedule the day of your appointment, then by all means call them up. I will be finding a different company that actually SHOWS UP

I met the company rep at the property and he quoted a system cost later that day after inspecting the basement and outside of the home. The system was installed two weeks later and the retest came back at more than double the level of the initial test. This company claims they have a warranty to fully cover any system modification to get the levels below 2.0. The company sent a crew back out twice and yesterday said that the slab is too thick for the system they installed, the hole the installers drilled is too narrow and the home is in a flood zone. We knew the home was in a flood zone, but this company never asked about that and did not do any due diligence prior to installation. They are refusing to honor their warranty and are now quoting a different system that is much more costly and will not apply the initial installation cost of their faulty install to the new system cost. As a real estate professional who frequently contracts for radon mitigation system installation, I cannot recommend this company.
