In one of my Lucille Ball moments I actually stepped on my neighbors mat. The instructor was clear, and really nice but not so supportive as in helping you through the poses like some other yoga classes I've been to. The class ended with an intention and a cold towel, which was a nice touch. I bought the intro special and plan to try another class to see if the crowded space is something I can overlook compared to other studios nearby.

They have some interesting process for guest members such as getting their blood pressure taken and I've seen guest clients be turned away temporarily because of it.

I originally purchased the 5 classes. I really liked the first class and asked if I could upgrade to the 10 classes. I was able to do this with no problem, which was quite refreshing. The studio is small, but has everything you need including the hot yoga option, lockers, mats, bathrooms, a shower, steam area, private massage room, and reception area with seating. There is also a refrigerator with water bottles I suppose are for purchase, which is good to know if you forget your water. The studio room is rather small. I've never seen the accordion doors shut, which is a good thing, because the room is small as it is...but there is the option for 2 events to go on at once. There is a pleasant smell throughout the studio, to my relief. It is a well taken care of studio aside for the bathrooms which could use some improvements. Overall though, I really like the vibe of the studio...smells nice...dimly lit...nice hardwood floor...mirrors. There are several classes offered 7 days a week, although a few more added to each day's offerings would be nice. I also like that there are some free seminars offered, as well as some special holiday events (additional fee, but nice to have that option). Teachers are great! I especially like the hot yoga class-an added luxury was at the end when the instructor sprayed a calming spray near us if we so chose...helped calm the mind. Receptionists are helpful and responsive, even to emails. I was impressed and will continue to practice here.

The new managers have done a great job fixing up the gym and adding many more workout classes to the schedule. This gym has it all. Clean, spacious work out areas for aerobics and weight training equipped with giant, flat screen TVs. All treadmills and bikes are brand-new and have personal flatscreen TVs in which you can either monitor your work out or tune in to a television program. Then there are three different rooms for exercise classes. There is a large room for popular classes such as Zumba, etc. There is another room with bikes for spin classes. There is also a third room for smaller fitness classes. As mentioned earlier the new managers have been adding lots more classes than in the past. The locker rooms are very high end. The locker doors themselves are made of glass and are very premium. The sauna is really nice and super clean. When you enter the gym you feel like you are entering a hotel lobby. Beautifully decorated front desk which also serves healthy shakes and other snacks. What I like the best about this gym is the very comfortable, clean, high-end atmosphere at an affordable price. The reason for the four stars is there are some repairs that still need to be made, such as several broken locker doors in the men's locker room.
