I have…read morebeen coming here since I was a kid, and now get down here at least twice a year still with my pack. The one thing you will notice is the same people coming year after year. We see the same people (now friends) and it is nice to know we are not the only ones in love with it here. These are all condos, and simple but great. They are all about 1000 sq feet and 2 beds, 2 baths (there are a couple of 3 bedrooms). Nice kitchen, dining area and family room... plus a balcony oceanfront. Out the front door, you have a view of the intercoastal waters, and the Ponce Inlet lighthouse. Inside the units are all similar, but being owned by homeowners, each has it's own style and furnishings. All seem to be clean and comfy with everything you need though. As far as the facilities, it has everything you need for a beach vacation. Beautiful and private beach (this area is a conservation area, so no cars are allowed), clean and heated pool, and plenty of parking. Also, the property manager is very attentive and helpful. It is also important to note this is the ONLY place in Ponce Inlet that allows for weekly rentals (they were grandfathered in the rule). Trust me, if you are looking in the Daytona Beach area, take a look a few minutes to the south in Ponce Inlet. MUCH different class of people, cleaner, friendlier, and substantially less busy! There is plenty of storage in the entire apartment. 2. The office staff have remained very accommodating, polite and professional. 3. The maintenance team has always addressed all of my needs in a timely professional manner and always answered all my questions. 4. The outside areas are well maintained, cleaning and visually appealing. 5. It is a very quiet community. 6. The location to all kinds of stores is great when you need retail therapy starting from foods to clothes and in-between.

My bestie came down from GA with her family and she found this place for the week. Booking was simple and the place is very nice however lost a star over a few hiccups. First, when originally pricing this out it didn't disclose that there was a cleaning fee that would be tacked on for $250 so that should be something of a disclaimer that should be made known when previewing. Next, be sure you head to the sales office before heading to the actual condo as you'll be confused like we were and the phone number on the gate doesn't lead you to anyone. Another issue is that we could not get a reply from anyone when we inquired about WiFi and if we could extend the stay. Originally we were told that the sales office would have to inquire with the owners and it'd take 24 hours. Well we have yet to get a reply and now we are already checked in and it's been a few weeks. The place had a full kitchen available however one of the pots looked like someone over cooked something in it as it was very discolored. The decor throughout the place is nice however just too much and takes away from you trying to have room to place your items on the counters and such. The beds are just ok and be sure to pack your own pillows because these are hard and not comfy. When looking in the closet to store some of our clothes, we find some items being stored probably from the owners like a random luggage bag and a Christmas tree. In the girls room, they couldn't even place their belongings into the closet as there was somE dirty pillows on the floor as well as some other random stuff. Washer and dryer available but bring your own detergent. Also be sure you bring garbage bags as they only supply one and when we called about more they said it's our responsibility to purchase our own. Even a hotel supplies a few lol. Overall we had fun and the place was walking distance from the beach and pool that's on site.

It's the perfect distance to still enjoy all the great aspects of New Smyrna but it's also far enough to not always be in traffic and commotion of the town. When I say this community is large, ITS HUGE. For as long as I've lived here it's been constantly developing. I think they are currently working on adding 2k homes. And long term they even hope to add a school. Like how many communities do you know have their own school?! In addition to having a ton of homes there is also a community center. This center has several restaurants, a chocolate shop, spa, fitness center, eye doctor and more. There is also a pool but that requires a separate membership, which is unlike a lot of the private communities I'm familiar with, but oh well. Even with everyone who lives here, it is nicely spaced out. There is a lot of green space that separates the different divisions within the community. Plus there's even a golf course if you are in to that!

The building is well kept, secure, and peaceful. It felt like a luxury hotel with how clean and well decorated it was. Using a fob to scan into the building and having key codes to enter various areas made us feel safe. The layout of the condo was lovely and each room was furnished and decorated tastefully. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view of the ocean was unbeatable and we were so impressed with everything. The space fit our large family comfortably. The bathrooms, kitchen, and all appliances were functional and met our needs. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We are already planning on booking again soon. Definitely our new favorite area in Daytona!
