Kandice was amazing at answering all of my questions in a timely manner, and helping us get approval on things to have at the venue. We had an ice cream truck, camper photobooth, and a satellite camper bar that was just adorable! It could not have been executed better. Kandice and her team, Braidin especially, were truly amazing! We just got back from attending a wedding at Beacon Hill. The staff did an excellent job from managing the crowd to providing excellent food. The site has a beautiful view of the city. A late afternoon wedding and reception into the evening was perfect. The people who got married said that Beacon Hill had a lower price than many other places once you added in all the extras that the other places nickel and dime you for. read more

The location is a five star. It is absolutely beautiful outside. The food was 2 stars. The chicken was drier than the desert. Even with the bbq sauce, it was hard to eat. The tri-tip was slightly over cooked. The mashed potatoes were pretty good. Loved the lemon cookies. The salad was great. read more

I've attended far too many events in Spokane that have been catered by this company and I feel the need to speak about it. The cuisine is mediocre at best. It lacks innovation and flavor. Have had several of their dishes many times. Every time it disappoints, consistently. Dry chicken breast 10 ways is still dry and tastes like it's been presented in all the different flavors of Kraft dressing. I fear attending another holiday party this season where this uninspired crap is served. read more

And then . . . we were likely the very first to cancel our event because of COVID, just a week prior to the event. Beacon Hill catered our wedding at Barrister Winery in September of 2019. As a professional event planner, I wanted to work with a company I could trust to handle all of the important details. I was blown away at how little I had to worry. Each staff member was amazing to work with, took that time to understand what we wanted and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. They were flexible (we had to move our ceremony inside due to snow) and went the extra mile to ensure we had a good time. I was telling a couple of the staff members how much I loved their mashed potatoes, and at the end of the night I saw that they packed extra for me to enjoy when I got home that night. The wedding planner Braiden was so easy to work with during the planning stages of the wedding and day of my sisters wedding. They work quickly and efficiently behind the scenes to make your day perfect. Staff is close by if you need them yet they stay out of the way as well. The were accommodating to all of our needs and requests. Their upbeat and professional demeanor did not go unnoticed. With almost 200 people at the wedding they kept the grounds were clean. Everything was done with a smile. The food they catered for the wedding was delicious. Every guest was raving about how beautiful the wedding was and how delicious the food was. Ali with Beacon Hill was an absolute delight to work with during our planning process. She does all the wedding organizing work then you have a day of coordinator and she really makes it all so fun. (I can't comment too much on the day of services -- we had a wedding planner so she was the one I worked with day of). I called so many times about the most random questions, and Ali was always so sweet and happy to answer them, and would remind me to call anytime with anything else. The communication between her and myself was amazing, she was great at returning calls or emails promptly, and made me feel like the venue would do anything they could to make our day perfect. All or guests went on and on about how gorgeous the venue was, and more then that, they talked a lot about how the place just felt happy and relaxed. I can't tell you how many compliments we've gotten on the amazing location, as well as the outstanding food. Beacon Hill really is everything a bride could want. Beacon Hill will deliver a delicious dinner for four, right to your door! I saw their Thanksgiving Dinner ad in the newspaper and when I went to their website I saw they deliver dinners other days too. I tried it -- it was a wonderful meal -- yummy chicken hand pies, wonderful green salad that was still fresh the next day, fancy mac and cheese, and lemon cookie bars that were to die for! I added the brownies and I could have eaten them all in one sitting! I shared it with a friend and her comment was "those people really know how to do take-out!" I'm hoping their dinner delivery isn't just during covid! The price is right too. Highly recommended! read more

If I could give them a review of 10 stars, I would! Shelby was a delight to work with. The entire staff has been nothing short of a delight to work with since my first contact with them. They catered my daughter's wedding offsite this past Saturday and people are still talking about the passed appetizers and dinner and it just elevated our event to another level. EVERY bite was delicious and the presentation astounding. They obviously screen and hire only the best servers too. I have hired many caterers throughout my life and I have never until that evening had guests come up to me raving about the servers and the food. Mediterranean chicken was tender, moist and needed no knife to cut. The potato fennel au gratin was delicious and so was every other item we had served. I cannot think of a more beautiful place on Spokane for a wedding! I got married here in June 2012, and although the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, the staff and catering really put it over the top. Just as the other reviewer said - they make things stress-free! The food was absolutely delicious and exactly what we wanted. Top that off with the outdoor space, fire pit, beautiful photography locations and unique "wedding island"....I couldn't image a more beautiful place to host our special day! read more

My husband and I got married here 2 years ago (anniversary was yesterday :)) and people STILL tell us how amazing our wedding was, how much fun they had and how great everything turned out. As a bride, you want you and your hubby's day to be stress FREE! And the people who work here make sure that is exactly what happens. The wedding planning itself was soooo easy. I pretty much told beacon hill what I wanted and that was it - it was done. I went with their florist on site - she was FANTASTIC. I gave her a budget and colors and said do whatever and she did such and amazing job. The wedding was beautiful - we did it outside on the little island thing and it was just perfect. You will not regret having your wedding here, but you definitely will regret not! It is worth every penny and more, and I cannot say enough great things about this place.
