The person who trained me left because they wanted him to train somebody less qualified for a dollar more than what he was getting. Alot of accounts dont get fully checked. Also upper managment would complaim of wasted time and misuse of company vehicles. If you check their facebook page you will see uppermanagent using company vehicles to go hunting. And office ladies were allowed to go to the gym and shop during work hours. I would be careful asking this company for inspections. As they are very misleading and deceptive. First time going to the office in sacramento a lady in the office was getting her nails done. I called brandon boyd for an issue at a job with the customer next to me he told me he has to go becauae he was ordering food and never called me back. Brandon boyd was my manager but would call new hires for questions... How does a manager not know if running the pumps at a facility will set off the alarms or not? Luckily I remembered grabbing a business card from the owner of Essex Heating and Air Conditioning (Greg Unger) at a Home & Garden event my mom and I went to awhile back. I called them to see if they could help and they were able to setup an appointment later that day! I obviously wasn't there, but my mom tells me that a very nice technician came out and fixed the heater quite quickly. I am so thankful that it all went so smoothly - sending a stranger out to my mom's house isn't something I like doing, especially when I don't know much about them, but I'm glad we took the chance. They were upfront with my mom about the costs before doing any repairs and the speediness and customer service were really appreciated. I would definitely recommend calling Essex if you need help with heating or air conditioning - they were so fast, friendly and honest.
