I was extremely nervous about the 10-day window from USDA health certificate to the flight, but everything arrived in a timely matter without any difficulties. Krystal was indeed an amazing agent, and she kept me abreast of everything I needed and when to have it to her. She handled the entire process except for my regular veterinary and the USDA veterinary appointments which I took care of. Now, that it is over, I can say I would have much more stressed if I had to have done it all myself. The work they did to get my dog here was worth every cent and it kept me sane. My dog made it without distress; she slept most of the way and was quite comfortable. The assistants, Maria at Orlando Airport and Elaine at Tocumen in Panama, were both exceptional with my dog. Everyone understood my stress level and were compassionate and accomodating throughout the process. I am a happy woman to have completed trip.

She told me that she was on her way to do a drop in visit and would call me in a couple hours when she got home, but she assured me that she would be able to look after my dogs. Then she never called me back. This left me hanging and I had to board my dogs at the vet's kennel, which I said I would never do. Thanks for nothing!
