Brody has kidney disease and requires daily subcutaneous fluid infusions (lactated ringers). When I found out I was so worried I was going to have to board him at the vet whenever I was away, but Alexis didn't even flinch. She administers fluids to him with love whenever I am away, and I feel better knowing Brody is stress-free and comfortable at home. She keeps an observant eye out for his well-being: She'll turn on the AC or heat if the temperature is uncomfortable, administer medicine if he needs it, text me updates, and let me know if anything seems different - like a lackluster coat or change in habits. They got along great! So when it was time for our vacation Prince enjoyed his stay and met new friends. He was comfortable in a home with someone who gave him love and outside time and extra snuggles. I loved that Tara sent me photos and videos of Prince playing while on vacation.
