He even let me borrow a charger. The technician Matt - who worked on my glass was professional and friendly, brought out my keys, and assured me the glass was all set and to call if I needed anything. I went outside and googled the area and about 2 miles away was Tri-City Glass. I went there and it was fixed in about 1 hour I got the call that it was done. The bill was 7 dollars. I called Portland Glass and they were able to get me in the next day. The lady on the phone was very professional and was able to give me a quote after asking some specific questions of exactly what I wanted. She told me to come in the next morning. I showed up early in the morning and handed the lady at the front desk my keys and she said she'd call me when they are done. I asked for an estimated time and she said "well you are scheduled for noon and it takes about 3.5 hours." I panicked! I had no where to go and why did they tell me to come here in the morning? I explained my situation and she said she would do he best to bump me up. I found the waiting room which had tons of magazine and a nice TV to watch. I found a movie playing on tv and prepared for the long long wait. But to my surprise another young lady from the front desk came in at 10 and told me I could safely drive my truck at 10:30. I was shocked and so happy. These few people went out of their way to make sure I didn't have to sit there all day. I couldn't thank them enough. Highly recommend this place!
