This was my profoundly disappointing lived experience. 1. There was no wheatgrass! 2. There were no broccoli sprouts! 3. There was no E3Live 4. Don't drink the water!!! It's dispensed full of visible sediment - only explanation provided is that the dispensers are new and staff didn't clean them properly 5. The administration and staff is comprised of FEAR-MONGERS, EMOTIONAL ABUSERS and PRETENDERS parading as healers and PROFITEERS, preying on a vulnerable population of severely ill people, dangling health in front of them like a coveted carrot. 6. During week 3 of 4 they completely flipped the highly restrictive life-saving diet protocol, citing new research on late-stage cancer from their Harvard-trained medical director (this sort of lack of consistency between staff members plagued my entire experience). The place has no leadership. But here's the most concerning part: 1.Following a 25 minute therapy session (part of the program curriculum) As he rushed me out of the office for his next appointment Mr. Andy Toman advised me to divorce my husband (also the devoted caretaker of myself and our two young children). When I expressed resistance he shot back, "Well, do you want to die?" 2. At my exit interview, Director Anna Maria Clement informed me (based upon bloodwork and the results of a 5 minute Heart Rate Variability test) that my energy reserves had been totally depleted during my time at Hippocrates and my body no longer held the capacity to heal! This of course, was due to the conventional cancer treatments I had opted into prior to my time at Hippocrates. It was a disgusting way of discarding me. Upon leaving Hippocrates and after strictly following their protocol for two months I was rushed to the hospital for the extraction of an emergent tumor and declared malnourished. I would not entrust anyone's health to these people who are "healthier than thou" and therefore, according to themselves, will never experience illness.

The equipment layout feels more open, and the whole place has a fresh vibe. The only downside is that some of the juvenile clients can make the environment a little annoying at times, especially during peak hours. It doesn't ruin the gym, but it does take away from the overall experience. Overall, it's a solid gym with great staff and a gorgeous update -- just be prepared for the occasional immature crowd. --- Cute Copy‑and‑Paste Icons for Yelp (These all display cleanly on Yelp) ‍ ‍

I went in and was signed up by Daniel. First red flag "oh we only withdraw straight from a bank account so no debit or credit cards. We need your routing and account number". Then he has me sign a few places and it was supposed to be 9.99 monthly. I get a copy of the contract via email and it says the amount with tax added, ok that's fine but then another 2 dollar fee after that each month. Next I see on the contract that you can use a credit or debit card. Long story short, I go back in the next day to cancel because I have a "3 day right to cancel". Good ol Daniel is back at the desk. I tell him I want to cancel. I don't even get into why because it won't change his scummy practices. He says it's cancelled and I will receive an email within 20 minutes. No email after 2 hours. I go back, this time I get Nir, he tells me "it shows cancelled in my computer look you can see right now" I say "I want an email or print out, I don't trust you all". He sends me an email, said I should get it shortly. I get the email that shows my account frozen until December but not cancelled!!! At this point I'm pissed off because if I didn't push it, I would be stuck in a contract because the 3 day would be up. I show it to him he says "it was a mistake, I am the general manager, I assumed he (Daniel) did it right. He then sends me another email that finally shows it as cancelled. They did everything they could to lock me into a contract and I'm sure they do this all the time!!! I don't care if I never find another sauna, Crunch Will NEVER get my business again.

If customers must wear athletic shoes, the sign should state that. Period. But then, to cancel someone's membership behind their back because they said something that upset you (Mr Manager), NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. And to call the police to maybe stick it to that customer because they hurt your feelings, or maybe because you're a racist..... Well, now you're definitely in the wrong & just looking for a lawsuit. ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS CHANGE THE SIGN TO "ATHLETIC, CLOSED-TOE SHOES ONLY"! But here we are....

Today was finally my last day at Retro Fitness after being a member since day 1 of their opening. I…read morehave been dealing with several issues over the last few months and even mentioned them to both management and online. However, if appears that they completely go unnoticed and ignored. I was one of the first to mention kids walking around the gym in flip flops and open toed shoes. Besides being a safety issue, its disgusting for other members to have to deal with this. Then last month, they decide to put up a sign " No open toed shoes". What a joke. Not once has it been enforced. They still walk around in the same flip flops by employees and management with zero enforcement of their rules. Now today I walk in and half the gym is roped off for repair. Would of been nice for a email and or announcement of this, but nope. Nothing. But ok, I can figure out a workout around that.  So today, I am working out and 4 "kids" come walking in the gym wearing pool floats. Yes, pool floats. I guess now Retro is called Retro Social Club or Retro Come and Screw Around Club. I walk up to the desk and ask for a manager. Some guy tells me he is the Regional Manager. I then inform him that it is completely unacceptable to allow this in a gym atmosphere. I also tell him that for the serious workout person this is going to cause issues. Besides the fact that most of us already have to deal with the kids standing around, sitting on machines and doing nothing but playing on their phones, this is the last straw. Now, you would think that the Regional manager would have some sort of answer and or solution but nooooo. Instead I get him defending these morons walking around the gym goofing off and getting in peoples way who just want to workout. I even told him that guys like me are going to leave and go somewhere else. His response. Nothing. Well, thanks for nothing again Retro Fitness. You have lost one of the long standing members of your gym. I will be more then happy to go and spend my hard earned money elsewhere to workout. You on the other hand can continue catering to the goof off kids and your absolute woke policies of not enforcing anything in your gym. I will certainly be making my opinion known to anyone who still works out there or ask me my advice on Retro. I have seen other gym fail and go out of business because of poor policies. Retro is on that path. No serious gym person will put up with it. And the kids won't be enough to sustain your gym.

Went to Anytime to check out the gym…read more As soon as I walked in I noticed how ridiculously small the gym was. This was almost the size of an apartment gym... Anyways, I came in on the premise of having a tour. As soon as I walked in the gentleman working advised me he would be right with me to tour but he was helping a client. I worked out by myself and toured the whole gym myself (not by choice). The stairmaster was extremely rusty and noisy. Furthermore, most of the equipment was extremely old and damaged, yet still functional. I was able to have a decent workout here. Would I recommend it? Not necessarily but if you had no other choice I suppose it would suffice.

THE WORST!!!! What happened to this gym. I've been to so many Anytime Fitness and this is by far…read morethe worst. It's overcrowded. All the machines are on top of each other. The owner clearly didn't bother to rearrange after the COVID pandemic hit. Who cares if my clients get sick right? The equipment is old and most don't work. It smells like mold. Definitely not a real Anytime Fitness compare to others. Very disappointed. I literally walked in and walked right back out. I had no problem driving the extra 20 mi s to Boynton Beach instead. Real gym goers like quality equipment and a gym that provides it. If I was the health inspector I would close this gym down. If I could give a negative star I would. Do NOT recommend to others and if you want to catch COVID this is the place to go.
