No table settings, lights, streamers nothing. Just one park bench. The roll itself is good, not the best but good and creative. It isn't spicy at all, more like a ketchup mayo on top. The celery dressing, gave it a nice crunch. The lobster is pre-measured in saran wrap. I get that for controlling your cost, it's just a cheap look to watch. Just have a scale and measure there. We got the roll pretty quickly as there wasn't much of a line on a Saturday in July at 11:30. I appreciated the creativity. I think this place could be 5 star with some tweaks on the roll and the setting. I think they could even add some more unique rolls. Legit Chicago style hot dogs - was told owners originally from Chicago and order all of their buns and dogs and condiments from Chicago. Some of their relishes were local. They have a kids dog called "Little Wally", a great selection of soda and seltzers, and very personable. Gave my child a hot dog paper hat.
