Then, we went across the street to Bath by Design, where we were greeted very warmly by Thane. We explained what we wanted, and he helped us design and select the pieces. We worked together over the course of a several of weeks, communicating via emails, phone calls, and visits. We settled on what we wanted and made our purchase. There were some hiccups along the way, but Thane worked with us to ensure everything ran smoothly. We had to return a couple of items, and there was absolutely no problem. Thane is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic associate we have ever met or worked with. We are very pleased with our purchases and experience.

Had a small problem with a spray nozzle on the kitchen tap seven years later and have to say we had excellent customer service to get our problem looked after. In todays world getting help with small things that do not necessarily translate into a profit means not getting the service. In our case we had the benefit of dealing with Amanda in Kelowna who took the time and patience to help us get what we needed. What a treat to deal with someone so pleasant and with common sense and logic, which is so rarely used these days. Thanks Again. Terry D.

The first volunteer who talked with me seamed to really like working there, she said she's been there for 10 years, and they are always looking for more volunteers. My great aunt has also volunteered there for over 20 years and i was surprised to see a number of other familiar faces volunteering there also. Looks like they all were enjoying being there. The store had a renovation about 1.5 years ago, it looked a lot larger then the last time I was there. It is now much more open and easier to manoeuvre through. Proceeds from this store go to charity. Have fun shopping and donating merchandise.
