Im not sure WHY my good review has disappeared??????.....so I have reposted. I don't believe that one bad review should be the representation of this great local business. I completely recommend Baths by Design. See my experience below.......... I am at the tail end of completing a major kitchen reno.....and am THRILLED with the customer service that I received from the staff at Baths by Design. I spent hours pricing out sinks and faucets at numerous other businesses both local and online. This being the first major reno to our home, I had a number of questions regarding installation, quality, wear, warranty etc on sinks and faucets. On my first visit to Baths by Design, Ron and Melissa took the time to show me all their options available in kitchen sinks and were gracious enough to answer ALL my questions. They have a great selection of beautiful stainless, Silgranit and Christadur kitchen sinks... so many options that I found it hard to decide. That being said, Ron gave me "sink samples" to take home to view with my countertop samples. A few days later I returned and had the pleasure of dealing with MaryAnn. I had decided on a Blanco sink, but had the challenge of finding one that would fit the unique size of my sink cabinet. Other retailers that I visited simply told me that my only option was a stainless sink, however MaryAnn took the time to contact her suppliers and find THE perfect Blanco silgranit sink for my space. THANK YOU MaryAnn! Next came the challenge of picking out a faucet. I wanted something unique, modern, and functional for my space, but that also fit in with the reno in our 30+ year old home. Again, MaryAnn discussed all features, pro's and cons of each faucet that I was interested in, and assisted me in picking a fabulous faucet that looks incredible in with my Blanco sink. A couple of days later, I confirmed and placed my order with Amanda and told her that delivery time was a factor, as the counter top provider needed the sink early to undermount. I was thrilled to receive a call less than 2 weeks later, saying my sink and faucet had arrived. To sum it all up, I couldn't be happier with the service, the quality of product and the price that I received from Baths by Design. I understand that they are celebrating their 20th Anniversary in business in Kelowna. I can see why! Family owned and operated and it definitely shows! Their staff genuinely cares about taking care of their customers...before, during and after the sale. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BATHS BY DESIGN. This is a follow up to my original review for Bath by Design As we expected Bath by Design has done nothing to rectify our issues. I emailed " Ron Gill " asking to have glass from shower enclosure removed & to let us know how Bath by Design was going to process our deposit refund. I asked "Ron" to set a date & time to have these matters addressed.....I got no response. I tried a second email to " Ron" stating that if we didn't have a response by the end of the business week that we would have to use all avenues of recourse to have these matters brought to a closure including updating reviews such as this one, posting of before & after pictures of the several failed attempts to install enclosure so others can see how poorly it turned out, contacting the better business bureau, & Global Consumers Matters....still no communication. In the "Mary Ann Gill" response to our 1st review posted on Bath by Design google website "Mary Ann" states that their company has thousands of very satisfied repeat clients because of their honesty, integrity & their business is the "place to go for customer service"...we beg to differ. It is not the positive reviews that we are relating to, its the negative reviews like ours & others who all seem to have had the same horrible experience when things didn't go as expected. Bath by Design does not know how to deal with their own caused adversity & will spin the truth as to make themselves free of all blame. As far as "Mary Anns" statement of this being a personal attack, I fail to see where anything that was said to be untruthful! I will post again once this saga finally comes to a conclusion, but honestly we don't see this happening anytime soon by the way Bath by Design has dealt with issues up to this point. read more

Hey yelp!! I just recently had a showër install done by Baths By Deisgn and im highly impressed, this is actually the first time I've felt the need to share my opinon!! The sales person that day was Mellisa, I got a custom 10mm shower with chocolate spandrel shower walls and mellisa was awesome, made feel confortable, as this is my first big purchase for my new home. Shortly after I left the store I received a call from Dylan and scheduled him to come out the following day to take measurments and discuss shipment and installation. Dylan and Karla showed up very friendly and very professional they knew what they were doing, they explained to me that the 10mm doors will take 10 working days to arrive from Vancouver but the spandrel would take an extra week as excited as I was that seemed like a while to wait but waiting was worth it!! And I was impressed, that they were able to scheduled me for the day it would arrive!! In exactly three weeks to the day they arrived right on time I couldn't believe how precise and how much attention to detail they had ( I defiantly could not do what they do) I now have the shower of my dreams!! I have worked with Baths By Design on a variety of occasions and can genuinely say some of the best customer service I have ever received. Asides from the fact that their small group of staff are extremely accommodating, understanding, knowledgeable and kind, they also are extremely effective and will go to lengths in order to assure that the customer is satisfied! I recently needed a new shower door and they were not only able to have it to me in an extremely time effective manner. but also set me up with a great contractor! I have recently purchased a glass enclosed shower and faucet from baths by design and am so satisfied with the professionalism of the installers and staff. The products are very top notch. I walked in the store and they were so helpful and had many great suggestions. I choose the glass enclosure and everyone that comes by the house says wow who did this wonderful job. Wow ! The professionalism and attention to detail is so amazing ! We spoke to Amanda in the sales office and dylan and Karla came to install our shower. Dylan was very friendly and super knowledgable about all products. Any questions we had, he had the answers. We felt very confident in the Instalation with the two of them. This company has served the Okanagan for 29 years from the same location with the same ownership and with long term employees. Amanda and Derekhave been there over 18 years, Melissa over 14 years. They have second-generation employees. They have excellent reviews on other platforms. They couldn't stay in business if they were not treating people with respect or solving issues. read more
