We often wake up in the same position we went to sleep in and we can even get up in the middle of the night without waking the other one up! We have never owned a mattress (prior to this one) that has done everything this one does. The support the 'gel-top' provides has meant no more back pain for my wife; and while I can't explain it, my acid-reflux isn't a problem anymore (I used to have to tilt the head of our bed up with bricks to prevent it...prior to this mattress)! We'd searched for a long time and researched all the products on the market before choosing this particular product. We didn't realize that until this product came along, there were no advancements in mattress technology in decades! In our experience, the pillow-tops, though great for the first few months, did not provide the same support long-term. We found the 'memory-foam' mattresses much too warm and difficult to roll over in. We could also never justify spending the money on the 'sleep number' beds as we've always felt they are just an over-priced air mattress. Pricing is similar to a top-of-the-line pillow-top and our mattress shows no signs of wear or performance degradation. We used to have to replace our mattress every 3-4 years (which can add up). Steve and Chantelle are incredibly knowledgeable and informative. They have been absolutely amazing people and stand behind their product 100%. I called to cancel Ashley order right away as they were going to do multiple deliveries with different pieces. Some would not arrive till January. New store was able to provide free delivery of all pieces at once before Christmas. I cancelled at Ashley and purchased from the new store only to find out Ashley is going to take 7-10 business days to provide a refund on a transaction that has not even cleared pending yet. Definitely not happy. I cancelled within an hour and all they had to do was reverse the charge and cancel the order. Instead, they quote their policy and state that it has to go through their head office so they can take two weeks to remove charge.

I would think a claims rep for the company has both the knowledge and experience to approve a warranty claim. I didn't realize the delivery drivers now have a degree in mattress / box spring physics. The only thing delivery drivers are required to confirm is any staining on the mattress ... after 5+ minutes of them constantly repeating themselves, to say I was done with the hole experience is an understatement. Then he said ... Oh ... but my boss would love it if you could leave us a google review ... after the grilling you did and making comments about our setup ... sure I'll give yah a google review of 1. Would be a really good idea to remember as a delivery driver you are the front line person representing your employer and have the ability to knock the experience out of the park with a positive Customer Service Experience. Bought a bed and platform a week ago. Was told free delivery and set up. I live14 km away They…read morephoned at 3pm the day before it was to be delivered and was told they would not deliver to my house which is 14 km away from the store. Gave reason out of their delivery radius but yet the truck was going to Osoyoos which is 120 km away. They said they could get it delivered if I paid $100 more. Ended up that I had to meet their truck on side of highway and they put the bed and platform in the back of pick up truck which I got to meet them. Then I drove it home the 2km from where they made me meet them. They even threaten to steal the mattress off my truck when I said I would not sign for an incomplete contract.
