Given that one of the identical refrigerators purchased in the same order has already required replacement, that a technician was unable to repair this unit, that the replacement part has a minimum four-week wait, and that there is no certainty the part will resolve the issue, I am requesting that this refrigerator be replaced rather than repaired. We purchased five appliances through Trail Appliances and expected a much better experience than repeated defects and extended delays on two brand-new refrigerators. If you want to spend a lot, why not go to a store that had better style? The main problem at this store is their company culture. Not much you can do about that.
