My wife and I purchased an intelliBED 3 years ago and it absolutely gives us the best sleep we have…read moreever had! We often wake up in the same position we went to sleep in and we can even get up in the middle of the night without waking the other one up! We have never owned a mattress (prior to this one) that has done everything this one does. The support the 'gel-top' provides has meant no more back pain for my wife; and while I can't explain it, my acid-reflux isn't a problem anymore (I used to have to tilt the head of our bed up with bricks to prevent it...prior to this mattress)! We'd searched for a long time and researched all the products on the market before choosing this particular product. We didn't realize that until this product came along, there were no advancements in mattress technology in decades! In our experience, the pillow-tops, though great for the first few months, did not provide the same support long-term. We found the 'memory-foam' mattresses much too warm and difficult to roll over in. We could also never justify spending the money on the 'sleep number' beds as we've always felt they are just an over-priced air mattress. Pricing is similar to a top-of-the-line pillow-top and our mattress shows no signs of wear or performance degradation. We used to have to replace our mattress every 3-4 years (which can add up). Steve and Chantelle are incredibly knowledgeable and informative. They have been absolutely amazing people and stand behind their product 100%. I can't wait until we have the money to pick up one of their Dimension One Spas! Do yourself a favour and drop in to find out more about this amazing product..you'll be happy you did. Based on our research, there's nothing else like it on the market today. Sweet dreams! Thank you Steve & Chantelle!

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my Ashley Furniture delivery experience today…read more The delivery team was polite and did cut the plastic packaging from the couch, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to learn that the delivery service I selected did not include attaching the couch legs or placing the couch in a usable position. The couch was left on its side in the middle of my living room without the legs attached, and I was advised that I would need to install them myself. I was not aware prior to delivery that tools would be required or that the couch would arrive in a condition where it could not reasonably be used without assembly assistance. As a single person without the ability to move or lift a large couch independently, this created a very difficult situation. I also do not currently have the required tools to complete the assembly myself. I had previously ordered furniture from Ashley and did not experience this issue, so this was unexpected. My concern is less about the staff following policy and more about the lack of clarity regarding what the delivery service did and did not include. I think customers should be clearly advised beforehand if furniture will require assembly, tools are required, or the product may be left unusable without additional setup assistance. I also would have appreciated some effort to help resolve the situation after I raised these concerns with customer service, rather than simply being advised that I did not purchase the upgraded delivery option. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer experience moving forward.

Completed an approved fabric mattress claim - delivery drivers came to switch out the mattress and…read morecontinuously gave me the gears regarding our box spring not being level (assessed by his eyes only) - I replied funny, cause the claim process required us to provide a picture with a level on both the mattress and box spring which clearly shows everything is perfectly level, in addition to other pics showing the sturdiness of our bed frame, cleanliness of the mattress, damages that occurred, full over view pic of the bed setup and a picture of the manufacturer tag in tack. I would think a claims rep for the company has both the knowledge and experience to approve a warranty claim. I didn't realize the delivery drivers now have a degree in mattress / box spring physics. The only thing delivery drivers are required to confirm is any staining on the mattress ... after 5+ minutes of them constantly repeating themselves, to say I was done with the hole experience is an understatement. Then he said ... Oh ... but my boss would love it if you could leave us a google review ... after the grilling you did and making comments about our setup ... sure I'll give yah a google review of 1. Would be a really good idea to remember as a delivery driver you are the front line person representing your employer and have the ability to knock the experience out of the park with a positive Customer Service Experience. PS ... you failed this part
