Completed an approved fabric mattress claim - delivery drivers came to switch out the mattress and continuously gave me the gears regarding our box spring not being level (assessed by his eyes only) - I replied funny, cause the claim process required us to provide a picture with a level on both the mattress and box spring which clearly shows everything is perfectly level, in addition to other pics showing the sturdiness of our bed frame, cleanliness of the mattress, damages that occurred, full over view pic of the bed setup and a picture of the manufacturer tag in tack. I would think a claims rep for the company has both the knowledge and experience to approve a warranty claim.
I didn't realize the delivery drivers now have a degree in mattress / box spring physics.
The only thing delivery drivers are required to confirm is any staining on the mattress ... after 5+ minutes of them constantly repeating themselves, to say I was done with the hole experience is an understatement.
Then he said ... Oh ... but my boss would love it if you could leave us a google review ... after the grilling you did and making comments about our setup ... sure I'll give yah a google review of 1.
Would be a really good idea to remember as a delivery driver you are the front line person representing your employer and have the ability to knock the experience out of the park with a positive Customer Service Experience. PS ... you failed this part read more
