I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Aspire and Dr. Singh! Having experienced other…read moreconcierge medical practices, I can confidently say they fall incredibly short in comparison. Aspire has completely redefined what I believe healthcare should look and feel like. After more than two years of navigating complex health challenges, I had honestly started losing faith in the medical system. I was spending countless hours researching my own symptoms, advocating for myself, requesting tests, and trying to piece together my care. For the first time in years, I finally feel like I have a physician and an entire team who are managing my health with the same level of attention and commitment I have always given it myself. Dr. Singh is truly exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and, perhaps most importantly, she listens and believes her patients. She takes the time to understand not just your medical history, but the bigger picture of your health, lifestyle, and concerns. She educates you along the way, welcomes questions, and encourages collaboration. As someone who is very proactive and informed about my health, I appreciate having a physician who is willing to explore different approaches and explain her reasoning rather than simply dictate a treatment plan. Her attention to detail is remarkable. From the comprehensive initial intake to the extensive laboratory testing, she investigated markers I had spent years wanting other physicians to explore, along with others I hadn't even considered. I have tremendous confidence in her care plans because they are thoughtful, individualized, and realistic. If you have medication sensitivities or concerns about a treatment, she doesn't dismiss them. She listens, considers alternatives, and finds a way forward that actually works for you. Her entire team deserves just as much recognition, especially her virtual medical coordinators. They are incredibly attentive, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in keeping you on track. They follow up, answer questions, coordinate care, and remind me of things that even I sometimes lose track of. What impresses me most is that their support often extends beyond matters handled directly by their office. There is a level of continuity and personal attention that reminds me of old-school medicine, when your primary care physician was truly the central point of your healthcare, overseeing the bigger picture instead of leaving patients to navigate everything themselves. Even when Dr. Singh is unavailable, I never feel unsupported. I also deeply appreciate her willingness to collaborate with my outside healthcare providers, including my nutritionist. That kind of coordinated approach is something I had been searching for and rarely experienced elsewhere. Aspire is worth every penny. There is an enormous difference between simply having access to a doctor and having an entire team genuinely invested in your long-term well-being. After years of feeling like I had to fight to be heard and manage everything myself, I finally feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Singh and the Aspire team have restored my faith in healthcare, and that is something I don't take lightly. This is what medicine should be, and I couldn't recommend them more highly!

This was my yearly Dr for a few years…read more Pros: I like that she's slightly more holistic than your average MD. She doesn't push meds on you, etc. The front desk/ physicians assistant (?) are generally nice people, though it is a bit of a revolving door. The office is small. It is only one Dr. Cons: I've waited for 2+ hours past my appointment time without so much as an apology. Dr is a bit unprofessional. For example, I've mentioned I have hydranetis suppurativa and she said, "Why? You not hairy!" She didn't know that or not- but even if I am- that has nothing to do with it. It's auto immune disorder. She's almost made comments like, "Oh, your weight went up! Every year your weight goes up" and giggled about it. Very strange. A while back I asked her opinion on medical marijuana or CBD oil and she said "Oh people just want to get high". There are thousands of professional papers written that refute this. Dr does not remember you (which is fine), but doesn't even seem to review her notes. Every year I had to repeat my entire medical history and it was extremely annoying. She'd write it all down and then next year it was like, I know nothing about your medical history, let's start all over again. When you go for yearly checkup, she won't tell you your results for your bloodwork unless you physically go in the office and pay a copayment. Thankfully labs email you your results. That's about all I have for now. She's not horrible, but not the greatest. I'm still on my quest for finding good doctors in south Florida. It is no easy feat.

She didn't respond to texts from the office manager, who said she had been talking about stepping away from the practice. What kind of doctor just doesn't show up to work when you have appointments scheduled and doesn't communicate to patients that you won't be in the office? Completely wasted my time and had to call another doctor to send lab orders in. Have already found a new primary care doctor and scheduled my annual.

She is very personable and I like her style of communication. *Wait Times are a mixed bag. If you cannot wait in the office please let the office know that you are on a tight schedule and to pick a slot that doesn't get too backed up. I've experienced both on time appointments and appointments an hour late. If you are sick and need an appointment right away I have found that she tries to squeeze you in. In some cases this is great if you're sick, but can adversely affect the current appointments for that day For me, it's more important to find a doctor who will prescribe needed orders and medications than wait times. So I've just managed expectations on that front. I understand some others may feel different.

We would have never known our various health issues were stemming from our diets. This experience and continued advice and care have given us a whole new outlook and feeling. All of my skin issues cleared up, our digestive and stomach distress went away, we have more energy, no more migraines, clarity of mind, the list goes on and on. We used to live in South Florida and moved away a year ago. Dr. Beck continues our care remotely and what a relief as we would have not been able to replace her with another doctor- or want to for that matter! I can not recommend this program enough if you truly want to live your best life and get to the root of your issues.

I had been to numerous Dr's and at 27 years of age I already had gone through 5 colonoscopies and 2 endoscopies. My rock bottom was basically a 3 day hospitalization with my hemoglobin at 3 and at the urgent request by my then Dr and pretty much ALL the assisting personnel for me to have a transfusion. My Dr. (which had already MISDIAGNOSED me with Crohns) was now telling me that I had a sort of "rthritis in my intestines" and that I had to be on steroids pretty much the rest of my life. Needless to say I DID NOT go through with neither the transfusion nor the steroids. As soon as I was discharged I immediately started heavily researching Functional Medicine practitioners around my area. I already had an idea regarding this approach, since I have always had a tendency to gravitate to a more natural way of doing things. And that's when I found this AMAZING ANGEL! Before coming in to the office Dr. B sent me a very detailed assessment that I had to fill out prior to the visit. This to me was such a breath of fresh air " a DR that actually wants to take the time to know ME and my history"? mind you this included not only health, but personal, professional and spiritual. To me it felt like I had FINALLY arrived at me healing destination. After over 20 yrs of living in pain everyday, It only took that first visit for her to give me a diagnosis (this is how powerful the assessment is). For the next few months she literally was my teacher in label reading and ingredient investigation along with Cathy (which is the nutritionist Goddess of the office) were my light in this horrible darkness I had been living. I was diagnosed with Celiacs disease and only 2 weeks after understanding what gluten was and eliminating it from my life, I truly was a new person. No more pain, or anemia, or nutrient deficient or tired or foggy. I felt and feel amazing to this day! I was even able to get pregnant (which I had been told before that my body was not going to be able to carry a fetus due to the level of nutrient deficiency I had) aGREATFUL everyday to have found her!! She is truly passionate about what she does and always just an email away!! Hands down the BEST!!
