Mine is a horror story in which EOS became my guardian angel…read more I had originally booked a 4-day stay with Glamorous House. Right before my surgery on March 17, 2022, the house coordinator (Julian A. Miyares) texted me to let me know that their house was shot down and that I needed to find a new recovery house. No further explanation was given (refund of the 4-day stay still pending as of March 23, 2022). I only had a two-day window to find a place, and no funds available since Glamorous House did not offer a suitable replacement. Hotel booking and nurses were out of the question (hotel room and a 24-hour nurse cost $1,200.00 on average for a daily rate. I looked everywhere!) Other recovery houses average cost was $250-300 dollars per day and most were already booked on such a short notice and they required a 3-day stay minimum (I could not afford those many days since all my money was still tied up with Glamorous House). I finally received a call back from EOS and Cindy kindly listened to my story. They offered to work with me and booked me for a two-day stay (that was all I could afford!). The day of my surgery, Cristina was there at the clinic patiently waiting for them to release me (they made her wait for all that long, and she still had other ladies to go fetch from other facilities). When we finally made it to the recovery house, it was very late, and there was still the issue of my medicine. Cristina had to drive back to the pharmacy at a very late hour, and found out that my insurance was not covering my pain medication. At that point, I was in excruciating pain for several hours. Cristina was on the clock for more than 18 hours but decided to stay until the issue was resolved and brought the medication to me. I have no words to describe how much I appreciated her. She was a hero to me at that moment! I wish I had originally booked my stay with EOS. Their staff was well-trained and compassionate, ready to assist me. Silvia, Erica, and (sorry I did not get the other girl's name!) I am forever grateful for your kind gestures and your help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I came to Miami a few days early to party before my procedure which was on April 20th. EOS have a great package that includes light snacks and beverages, transportation from and to Miami airport, your Pre-op, Surgery, Two Post-op appointments, and prescription pick-up and drop-off. They also provide laundry service for your surgical garment. After my procedure was done, Christina greeted me and drove me to the house. She is the transport staff and was always on time and is extremely hilarious. At the house, felt pampered from start to finish. I had my own room which was a plus!!! Someone was always available to bring me fresh fluids and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, even though I was very uncomfortable in the garments. Erica, Jessica and Sylvia were extremely caring and on point with everything. They truly made me feel like I was at home or with family. Cindy was the most relatable because she has been through cosmetic surgery before. She really gave good advice that I needed to get through my recovery. The meals were also great and easy on our recovering bodies. The other house guests were nice and shared a common area where we all checked on each other and talked about our surgery experiences from beginning to end. I had my procedure done at Zion Plastic Surgery. I believe all of the others went to Mia Aesthetics. I am extremely happy with my decision with Zion PS because I had a customized procedure. I had Hi Definition lipo/ Ab etching with fat transferred to my upper chest, arms and shoulders, with a bbl. I also had a fat transfer to my face (cheeks). I'm very happy that I stayed here at EOS for my aftercare. If I left any staff out who cared for me, my apologies. This is a recommended stay for anyone who is going to Miami for surgery.

Now don't gets things wrong it's a good decent program and yes when I first got there to Fort Lauderdale Florida, the people that run the program did let me come and stay there the first part of the month, but then when I paid for the second month and the third month is then I decided like I said to move back to Indianapolis and I'd already paid my $880 rent, then when I informed them that I was moving out and back home out of that $880 they kept $280. of it, but I already paid for the full month and was only there a couple days of that month in the beginning when I moved out, I tried to explain this and I thought that was unfair but they didn't seem to care, which could have caused me to be homeless when I got back to Indianapolis but my old landlord being a great wonderful person that he is let me move in and pay later. I thought about filing legal action against the owners and their program but I figured it would be a waste of time. Almost 5 months later I've had a change of heart I'm not homeless I have a place to live I have a roof over my head and a place to sleep and food in my refrigerator. Yes I'm being judgmental of the owners and their program. In my opinion they are some heartless and sympathetic people , it should have gave me all my money back. So are you reading this post on Yelp I hope this is helpful to the next person. And there was some good people that lived in the same apartment that I was in and a strange sort of way. Secondly I don't think they like gay people think they are anti-gay I think that might be the reason that they kept $280.of my money. I have a lot of followers on Yelp I'm sure there'll be some reactions over this post. The four guys that own and operate this program are not hurting for anything and make a lot of money so I just wonder if it's more about the money than it is the actual sober Living program. Well I was kicked out on the day that a hurricane was approaching south Florida. They didn't care if I was homeless. Besides the condition of the house is horrible as well. Why don't they stop all of the cigarettes smoking from the other customers. I called them customers cause that's how they see all of us addicts. It's important to respect the medication that each individual is taking. Knowledge is power!!
