Came here because even though we aren't TECHNICALLY tourists, my fiance is addicted to buying sunglasses. Pros: - Actually a not bad place to get souvenir type knick knacks (LITERALLY everything: magnets, shot glasses, hats, sunglasses, flip flops, you name it). - HUGE - huge t-shirt selection of all things Florida/Indian Rocks Beach, from tacky style to styles that are actually pretty legit - I got the world's comfiest light sweater here, no joke, for about $25. It's literally the one souvenir item that I use weekly (pic for details) - Great location right near the beach so that if you forget anything (towels, flip flops, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.) you can easily buy it here. - Prices seem reasonable for the locals, decent for tourists. Love that it's not swarming with tourists even in busy season, since there's so many beach shops to go to, or everyone already owns everything they need. - I like that the staff isn't super IN YOUR FACE like some souvenir shops in some cities, like making you feel pressured to buy stuff. - Seems covid conscious, everyone was wearing masks Cons: - if it's SUPER busy parking could be tricky during the day, but there is a small lot with some spots. read more

If I could give anything less than one star I would! My 14 and 13 year old were so excited to find a store for IRB souvenirs. As we were shopping, the bald employee out loud stated to another employee "I bet they won't even buy anything. They're just here to mess up the store." We immediately addressed this with him and I informed him these kids are the only reason I was ready to spend my hard earned money at his establishment. He stated he was tired of people coming into his store browsing and not spending any money. I reminded him he is in the business of customer service and in an area where people are more carefree with buying silly trinkets and tshirts to allow him to remain open. The rudest most disrespectful people work here and treated my wife and kids horrible. I'm taken back by how inattentive and rude the employees were. They have neat stuff, but so does any other souvenir shop in the area. The bald guy was rude and would watch us as though we were going to steal something. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. The merchandise is awful. We bought a shirt from this store and the letters peeled right off of it within 2 hours of being worn. The store refused to give a refund or exchange the product since we live out of state. They are selling crappy products and scamming people out of money. When talking to the general manager he was unwilling to help my situation and refused to give me a higher ups number or have them call me. Do not shop here. This place has good stuff - but the people working here are super unfriendly AND shady. Walked out with a couple of shirts and other random crap for my family - only to check the bag and receipt a day later. They threw in (and charged me for) a random IRB nail file that I didn't purchase and charged me and extra $32.99 for an item that I did not purchase. Of course the receipt looks like it was from 1990 with absolutely no item detail so I don't even know what it was they charged me for. All I know, is it wasn't something I purchased or took home with me. Buyers Beware, these guys are crooks taking advantage of tourists in the area. I will never shop here again. read more

I'm a Belleair local & stopped in to buy some gifts for out-of-town guests. I haven't shopped here before but hoped to buy a few clothing items. A and B were behind the counter (I'll spare them the embarrassment of calling them out). Neither was helpful, and in fact they were extremely rude. Neither looked up from their iphones when I spoke to them. When I became frustrated with their disrespectful attitude and asked for a manager they thought it was funny. After an eye roll and smirk B told me A was the manager. I then asked for the owner's contact info and they told me I could look it up online! I stopped in last night to pick up a few things for the beach. One of the items included a $50 umbrella. This morning when we got to the beach I open the umbrella and the catch was missing. It's OK, things happen. Over lunch I stop back in to exchange the umbrella. The gentleman working, who also checked me out last night, as though I broke it.. Luckily, I still had the receipt. I know this place can be convenient to where you're staying, but if they're going to harass you if something is broken, I would find another location. read more

whoever wrote the previous horrid reviews either need to go back or a psych eval. i have lived here all my life and don't understand why i've never been in!!! it is such a beautiful store with even more beautiful people working it! the store is very clean and organized which makes it very easy to browse, the girls were more than happy to help me find something and to look for a different size in the back. having 5 kids of different ages can be hard to find something for everyone but we had no problem here, from dolls for the little girls to name brand sunglasses for the teens. not to mention the amount of mind blowing deals they have, 3 shirts for 33, are you kidding me!!! you best bet my sale lovin booty took advantage of that. best of all was being able to find a name keychain for everyone, no other stores have the names rhysand or azriel but we were able to find them here!! will 100% be coming back, whether it's to see the beautiful workers or to stock up my salt life collection who knows!! read more

We went here to look at souvenirs on our vacation to Indian Rocks Beach. The bald man with glasses behind the counter yelled at us and other customers repeatedly just for examining items, trying on hats, etc. I was looking at the tie dye shirts and seeing which ones had the best color. After a while, the bald man started yelling, "they're all the same, they're all the same," when in fact, there was a unique tie dye to each of them. He then yelled at us to hurry up because they were about to close even though their website they do not close for another 40 mins. They also do not have their hours posted on the front door that says otherwise. Overall terrible service, do better and you may attract more customers. read more
