I am a Realtor myself in the Nashville, TN area and during that 6 month of timeframe we spent considering an investment property down here, I called multiple other agents to interview for who I wanted to work with. We came down on Memorial weekend, giving Justin only a few days notice of our arrival as it was a last minute trip to come look at properties when things opened back up from Covid-19 shutdown. The rental company used to be 360 Blue. They were acquired by Natural Retreats, an acquisition not so good for consumers! For the first time ever, we needed to cancel our reservation. WARNING to anyone booking a rental - the non-refundable booking fee is outrageous and obscene. It's so bad, that I will look for other rental agencies in the future and carefully check their contracts. We are still 100+ days from the intended vacation, so charging big dollar cancellation fees seems ridiculous. Beware!!

HEALTH HAZARD with ZERO CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS!!!!…read more DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. We booked with 360 blue for a family vacation for 4-5 days. We let the booking agent know on a recorded line that a member of our family has brain inflammation due to mold exposure. That booking agent reassured me that if the place we booked wasn't satisfactory with our health concerns, that she would slide us to a different rental to ensure we were happy. Upon arrival to the unit we found some black mold above the master bed and the great room (kitchen and living room) as well as a damaged gas stove control knob. I called and let the customer service know. They mentioned they would send a maintenance crew, but that never happened. I called the next day, and the same thing happened. I called again for the third time, no response from maintenance. Upon our trip ending I reached out to customer service to go over all this and see how they would handle the situation. I got promised that they would do whatever they could to make this situation better. Customer service said they had to send a vendor first to test the black mold before making a decision. I requested the vendors info and report, that request was denied. About a week later, I was notified that their "vendor" confirmed it was "mildew" and not black mold. Unfortunetely mildew is a form of mold. Please refer to the us epa website to see that they confirm this here: https://www.epa.gov/mold/what-difference-between-mold-and-mildew After all of this I was offered a $100 refund for our $2,600 vacation and then a 10% off discount if we'd like to stay again. This vacation rental company is the worst we've ever dealt with. Will make false promises to book a reservation and leave you hanging with health concerns that they promised you they would help you avoid!! Stay away from this company and do not book through them!!!!!
