Based on excellent Yelp reviews, we called MCR Well & Pump exactly when their office opened at 9 AM. They informed us that they were fully booked with other customers for the day, but would be able to stop by to do a diagnostic in preparation for doing the job the following morning. Joe and Mike arrived within 20 minutes of our call. Fortunately they were able to quickly diagnose the problem of a burnt switch that they replaced on the spot. Problem solved in less than 45 minutes from our initial call for help! MCR could have waited to stop by the following day when they were less busy, but (we believe) sensing our angst, squeezed us in and performed their successful inspection. Joe and Mike were helpful, courteous, cheerful, and professional. Thanks to both! Our bottom line. Trust MCR Well and Pump Service. Use MCR Well and Pump Service!

We bought our house a year ago, and the whole year have had very low water pressure. We had multiple companies come out and no one could diagnose the problem or was willing to go down into our very small well pit, so we had basically given up. Then, about a month ago a coworker recommended Huemann Well Drilling. I gave them a call and Josh and Jeff came over at my earliest convenience and diagnosed the problem right away and were super friendly. We had planned on waiting a few weeks to have the job done due to our busy work schedules, when suddenly our water completely gave out. I frantically called Huemann again and they were very nice about it and very flexible with coming in as soon as possible. Josh and Jeff came back over and were able to replace our pipes leading from the pressure tank, and also installed a brand new beautiful pressure tank into a closet in our basement so that it is actually accessible now. Everything was done in a timely and affordable manner! We are so extremely grateful to have found Huemann & Sons and would definitely recommend them to any looking for a professional and knowledgeable well company! I cannot say enough good things about them!

Two guys came out, never pinpointed the leak, checked out the well and told me the equipment they needed to remove the old well pump was all busted and they didn't know when it would be fixed. They told me their boss would call me the next week. then they jumped in the truck and were quickly hauling out of there. Never heard from their boss. I guess finding the leak and installing a new well pump was a bridge too far for them.

I had two people come out from this company to provide a resolution for water seepage and they still didn't get it right. I worked with Max and he was a pleasure to work with, until his resolution for waterproofing didn't work. He wasn't willing to accept he assessed the situation wrong and wouldn't make it right either. When I called him to talk about my basement still having the same issue within days after his team worked on it, came back and still no luck. He started lying and cussing at me. He claimed he told me I needed additional work before his resolution, which was a flat out lie! When I told him I would no longer talk with him if he was going to act that way he started texting me paragraphs to supplement his lies and tried to personally attack me. The overall work was not neat, they made a lot of dings on my walls and around areas they tapped off, they even ruined an area by my window where they were transferring water in, which I told him about but they never bothered to fix. These people are unprofessional and I do not recommend their work.
