The shower valve malfunctioned and wouldn't shut off, draining all the hot water in the house. The plumber who came out at 10 PM on July 4th (who said he was the local operations manager) ended up removing the showerhead to fix it, and told us support was routed to people who were "a world away" and couldn't help. We were deferred between guest services and a local team that ghosted our refund request entirely. When they finally responded, they never acknowledged that the fix required shutting off water during an active stay. We had to demand relocation for our whole group. VueStay called it a "massive disruption" for the plumbing failure in writing, but still hasn't given us a refund figure after four follow-ups. Would not book again.

We rented a house in Sandbridge, and had guests who are 80+ years old, and the very first thing we…read morenoticed was that the wooden hand railing on the steps going to the first floor from the driveway is broken, making it sway and unsafe for its intended purpose. My mother got a splinter on the first day. I read some of the negative reviews about the cleanliness of the Seibert offerings so I called a couple of weeks before to specially request that the property be very, very clean. When we arrived, the house smelled musty and moldy upon entering - we had to open two sliding glass doors (and used the screens to let air flow happen) and saw that the handle for a door was broken and lying on the wooden deck outside the door. The walls in the bathrooms have weird stains on them. The light fixtures outside are rusty, broken, and have exposed wiring (accident waiting to happen). The television sets did not work and one of the two dishwashers did not work. I called to report the televisions and the dishwasher. They sent someone out who told us that the dishwasher wasn't even connected and that they would have to order one. I have a feeling this happens to every group of guests- and that the dishwasher is not a priority. The grill is so caked up with grease that the burner knobs won't turn. The house had 8 flies in it at any given time and there are spiders upstairs in the living room area (call exterminator). The outside deck (wooden, two-story) is so rickety that we were afraid to use the hot tub or to walk on the deck beneath it. The carpeting inside was full of old dry dog pee. In the end it was not the lack of cleanliness that turned us off- it was the condition of the property. It's as if the owners and Siebert know the VERY minimum amount of money to put into it so that they can still get away with renting it (however, I am sure that the deck and railing would never pass any kind of city inspection). This place could be so much better if certain things were fixed: the railing and deck need to be repaired at the very least; painting in bathrooms; pull up that carpet and install tile; if you advertise two dishwashers please make sure that there are two functioning dishwashers; test each television monitor to make sure that they work; clean the pots and pans so that they don't have someone else's burnt food on them; replace the propane grill; call an exterminator; replace or clean curtains with dark red stains on them; with some attention and a bit of cash, all of this can be fixed. Don't hesitate- just do it- we had a great time together but the rental house left so so so much to be desired. I emailed afterward and encouraged them to just go see the house and they responded that they did inspect it and it's fine. Now I DO understand that they feel like they have to say that but I promise IT IS NOT FINE.

Unfortunately, upon arrival we found the property in a neglected and unsanitary condition that did not match the expectations created by the listing. Issues included mold throughout the house including dishwasher, toilet broke, shower unsafe as my sun cut his leg, landscape unkept, cigarettes all over, uncleaned house, no pack and play as it was listed, high chair was filthy, and so much more. We spent a significant amount of money to bring our family together for this special occasion, and the condition of the property substantially diminished our experience. We documented these issues with photographs and notified you personally during our stay. Given the condition of the property and its impact on our vacation, we are requesting compensation in the amount of $3,500 representing partial refund for us using our expenses to clean and ask false advertising. It is a…read morecute condo - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen, nice little living room, laundry facilities a couple doors down, 5 minute walk to the boardwalk/beach, and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. I was quite happy with everything - I mean, it wasn't a dream mansion, but it's $75/night!! - until I realized the neighbors upstairs are super noisy! It sounds like they're doing construction all day. I imagine if we had come in the summer, it would have been awesome, since we probably would have spent most of the time on the beach, however, since it's November, we spent a lot of time inside, watching movies. The TV in the living room is hung quite high, and it's an awkward way to watch TV unless you're lying down on the couch. Everything is in good, clean condition, and the owners have taken a lot of care in decorating the place. Lots of blankets and towels available, which was nice. Again, for $75/night, I think this was a steal - hopefully, the upstairs neighbors will learn to be more considerate or put carpeting down, in which case, I would love to come back during beach season!

I must admitted at first we were a little nerves because of the outside appearance and being right on the corner block. Once inside we were very impressed with the cozy home get away look. it was very clean and each room had its own personality with a splash of color. We went to the grocery store first, which we should of waited, because it was well stocked, with a full size refrigerator and stove w/microwave also pots and pans and dishes.Plenty of cleaning supplies as well as bath towels and wash clothes. Their was a small (tabletop) ironing board and no iron, so we notified the owners and they had someone who lived on the property to bring us a new one the same day, which was very helpful and saved us from purchasing one. The Boardwalk has many types of cuisine that you may want,with in walking distance; as well as different activities and shopping.The Irving Condo's also provide you with beach equipment which is helpful and saves you from having to purchase chairs & tents to enjoy your beach time. Their is only one parking space available per condo, thankfully there was a neighbor who offered her parking space to us to use for our guests and family who visit. My husband and I had the opportunity to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise, it was breathtaking and romantic. We rented the condo for a week we were pleased.

This place was absolutely not safe for children. I notified management during our stay, but they did not contact us till after we left. They did not seem to care, and I highly recommend staying away from any properties owned by this company. I have dozens of photos showing the mold and the poor state of the house and you cannot capture in picture how bad the first floor smelled.

The Sanctuary property is huge with 2 large, colorful complexes with parking garages underneath. Each complex has a pool and concrete area in the middle with grills and dining tables. There is also a 3rd pool at the beach entrance. We loved our unit. It was clean and updated. Water pressure was great in the showers. The storage closet that came with our unit was very nice to have so we didn't have to lug our things up to the condo from the beach each day. The grills at the pool were plentiful and very nice to have access to use. The beach in front of the Sanctuary was beautiful! It was crowded as to be expected but we put our things out early enough each day to get close to the water. The sand was soft and there were no shells like other beaches we have been to. We were also treated to dolphins in the water for the majority of the week which was a first for me. It was like they just sat out there waiting to perform! We did have to get used to the Navy planes flying overhead in their training missions but again, that was to be expected given where we were. Our only complaints are that more parking for residents/renters is needed and that the balconies and walk ways could use a weekly cleaning due to cobwebs. (That's probably a personal preference) We will be back!!

Pool areas were wonderful and it was great to use the grills! ***my only complaint/recommendation would be to bring something to get your gear, coolers and food to your unit. You end up making 50 trips in the elevator. I wish they had some luggage carts or something...heck I would even pay a couple bucks to rent it to help unload or load the car!

The captains on the boat were so nice and did such a great job! You definitely need sunscreen and don't wear a hat, you'll definitely lose it! They have cold water on board for $3 each, so convenient as it is hot! The tickets were about $35 each and parking was $10. The ride is one hour, 30 minutes at a smooth pace and then FAST for the 30 minutes back. I highly recommend this ride if you haven't done it!

We kept a handful to do the "biggest fish pool" challenge, but didn't win. My boys were disappointed about that, but has nothing to do with Rudee Tours. Really professional captain and crew--the first mates were super friendly and nice. They also were super attentive to my boys and engaged with them a lot, which made them feel very special. Had a fabulous time and will totally be back. It's worth the money and was beautiful watching the sun go down.

I always leave with high hopes as the photos, provided online are so wonderful - the expectation is that when you get to the weekly rental (6300+ for 1 week) that it will be clean and beautiful. Here is the good part - 2441 Sandfiddler is spacious- so 3 floors allows for privacy and family. Plenty of parking. Across from the beach access - with clean empty beach. Dogs are welcome but the pet fee is high. Fence yard give the pets or kids someplace enclosed - but there are issues with the yard. The good news is that Beach Pros Reality was very responsive. Most of the issues we found were corrected and therefore the next family will be very happy! Our trip had issues that we needed to point out. Now for the Bad Part: So let's start with clean: there is my standard of clean and then there is what the house actually looks like. In this case - the home was swept and appeared clean - but then let's look a bit deeper. Stove was filthy (inside and top) - here are photos to show what sandbridge realty approves as clean is just a basic wipe off. Then the fly in the fridge, the filters for the AC return and the general appearance of out side (see photos). Yard has hazards and really no appeal. The house has huge vaulted ceilings and an AC until working overtime to cool the huge space - it struggled and was not really successful mid day in May - can't imagine what July would be like. Furnishings are very used old items that the goodwill would not take if donated - the sofas are old and tired support, no springs, uncomfortable. Let's now go to the amenities - hot tub with hot water full of sands and pool that you can not see the bottom makes you wonder if you should actually get in. Our guests had fear about getting in. In fact the lady's stated that they might get a urinary track disease or worse. Worse once the pool guy got to the house he tried to blame the issues On the prior family. Even went on to say that it looked like food in the hot tub - I can tell you it was not food!

I called a week before our arrival to ask about their cleaning process and to request an early check-in. In response to these questions, I got cussed out by a Beach Pros staff member. 2. According to Beach Pros, the house was subjected to a "deep clean". However, this place was disgusting. I had to clean this entire house before I was comfortable letting my family in. Similar to some of the feedback in other Google reviews, Beach Pros was quick to blame me for the state of the house. According to them, the house was dirty because they let me check in early and weren't able to clean the house well enough. They had 2 full days between the prior tenant and me to clean this house. 3. Beach Pros and/or the owner has neglected to do basic maintenance of this house (Salty Dog). For example, the dining room light was missing 3 of the 6 light bulbs, tiles were not attached to the floor, screens had huge holes in them, the front door doesn't seem to be secured to the door frame, etc. 4. False Advertising. According to the Beach Pros website, the house we rented had free weights and an elliptical. However, this equipment was not in the house. After cleaning the entire house and my daughter hurting herself with the screens and floor tiles, I said enough is enough. On day 2 I requested to check-out early for a refund on the unused nights. They refused and offered to send someone over to clean the house, which I declined because I already cleaned the house. I tried to talk to the general manager, but she never called me back. I also reached out to the owner (twice) and she never called me back, either.
