I'm an idiot and drove to 1601 PCH in Redondo, not Hermosa, and she was totally understanding and waited for me to drive to appropriate location. Absolutely amazing! I've gotten the occasional bikini waxes from other salons in the past, but they were so incredibly painful, took forever, and I was very sticky afterwards. So when I saw a Groupon for a Brazilian from GlamorUs Esthetics, I thought "why not?" When I called to make an appointment, Michelle was so friendly and even messaged me directions to her suite, which was definitely helpful because the parking garage can get confusing. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She immediately made me feel very comfortable and before I knew it, I was all done! Michelle uses a strip-free hard wax and she never double-dipped the stick. It was a little painful (that's a pretty tender area) but it was nowhere near the pain I've had from previous waxes from other places that use the wax that requires strips.
