Lost a Loyal Customer Over Their Own Mistake…read more I've been a daily customer here for a long time, but after what happened today, I'll never be back. I ordered my usual sandwich and told them I'd be back in an hour to pick it up. I was told I hadn't paid for it -- even though I showed the cashier clear proof of payment on my bank statement. I even called Chase Bank right there on the spot, and they confirmed to the cashier the exact amount, date, and time of the transaction. Despite all that, he still refused to believe me and said, "It's between you and God if you paid for it." That kind of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unbelievable. After everything I went through to prove I paid, I told him I'd never come back -- and he actually said, "Good." I've spent a lot of money here over the year, but clearly loyalty means nothing to them. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
