Horrible customer service from the cashier named "Ina" she was very rude had the door half way closed and it was 10:55 they close at 11 and she said out loud that she is about to close her register which means she didn't close it yet and I looked at her and I said I have a Uber eats order. I just have one item and she said we're about to close so I walked in and I said well I'mma just go grab my one item as I'm grabbing my item she's yelling at me. I had three minutes until they close to go grab my item and all I can hear is her yelling at me yelling at me this whole time so I pull out my phone and I start recording and I walked up to her and I said ma'am, can you please just tell me where this shampoo is and stop yelling at me so I can get my stuff and leave and she continued to argue with me yell at me she was very, very rude. She obviously she even said multiple times. I just wanna go home. She had the worst customer service that I've ever seen in my life. Just looking at her alone was horrible. She needs to get her hair done. She needs to go get her makeup done something she looks a complete mess and she's very rude to people. She stinks the whole 9 yards and I had to do an Uber eats order I had to cancel my order and even Uber told me sorry for the inconvenience. This lady called the cops on me good for me. I have videos of the whole thing and I'm forwarding all of this over to the corporate. I'm gonna find out the corporate owner of her Walgreens and she is gone, and if you can't even message me back, please, she called the cops on me because I pulled out my phone and started recording at her after she was yelling at me and threatening to kick me out for no reason insane work brother insane work do better Walgreens. It's a sad day with my relationship with Walgreens! my go to favorite store, I spend more money at Walgreens than I do for food at the grocery store, Today In addition to entering my rewards phone number for rewards discounts, they told me their new policy requires me to enter my email address along with my phone number, BIG Problem! They need better POS systems installed to make this extra task workable for the average shopper. They say they need email for security reasons I say no way, Jose. when I complained to their HQ they laughed at me. they just lost a loyal customer that actual loves their store. 274 yelp check ins is a lot of future business they will loose now over there stupid new rule- most companies these days use rewards card that you scan. Pharmacy is awful! My prescription wasn't put through insurance. I was charged $85 instead of $12. Overall I waited about a half hour to get my 1 prescription at the correct price. The woman at the counter was mean and nasty as was the pharmacist, who should be a lot more professional and a lot less sarcastic and angry. read more

I went online last night looking for free flu shots and Walgreens in Deerfield on Federal Hwy came up. I made an appointment for this morning. I work nights so I got out of bed early and went to my scheduled appointment. I was told the vaccine was no longer free. They had a sign on the pharmacy counter that said FREE FLU SHOTS, and it had a barcode. I showed him the sign and he called the store manager, BRIAN. I was told the sign was not supposed to be there. I don't know who is the manager of this pharmacy but the cashiers here should be fired or taught manners how to communicate with customers. Today I stopped by to buy medicine for my child and the cashier, was absolutely rude! Dropped my bag with medicine,spilled it on the counter and then attempted to teach me that I can't open something before I pay for it. My child was caught long non stop and this absolutely obnoxious woman stands behind the counter, first takes like 5 minutes to finish doing something she was doing and then teaching me what to do. I stopped by this Walgreens on my way to return my leased car,. I forgot my glasses and I just needed to buy a pair of readers. As usual I always find many other things to buy at Walgreens. They always have some discontinue I am still out of the store and I always find things that are usually get on a regular and that saves me a bit of money. I have even found new products or at least new to me, buying things in this fashion. I worked at Walgreens once upon a time, so I know how to read the barcodes to match the prices on the shelves, so I always know I got the right item, but they are good at putting things back where they belong. I've found this to be the case in most stores. This particular store was nice and neat, they had all their seasonal and normal isles well-stocked and neat. They cashier was very nice and pleasant and I was in and out quick. I am a Walgreens shopper and I always know I will find what I'm looking for. This store is great. read more

They are the most disorganized pharmacy that I have ever been to and on top of it the absolute worst attitude. Do NOT go to this location if you need a Covid test. The pharmacists always greet with a scowl and have no interest in helping people. read more

#58 I ran into a local Walgreens to grab a few items I forgot to bring with me on my trip. I write this review because this Walgreens is so superior to the Walgreens in my neighborhood. I was greeted at the door as I walked though to the skin care department. I could not locate the face wash and a service professional noticed my plight and offered to help. With her assistance, I found just what I was looking for...thank you! I grabbed more sunscreen, after a week I was running low, and more water. Everyone was so wonderful at this particular Walgreens.
