More recently (I wish I knew her name) but the girl upfront with the red hair has been super friendly and helpful with regards to tanning lotions and any questions you have. I am signed up with their text messages so they always text you when running sales or promotions. Which is pretty often. Good deals too. One downside is the #4 bed, which I usually use, is cracked and all the buttons are broken. Also, all the rooms I've been in the radios are broken. I hope they fix these issues soon, I know they said they were working on it. Once fixed I would give them 5 stars.

However, a day after my spray, my feet started to look very and I sent a picture to the stylist and putting lotion on my feet and scrubbing it with bar soap because my feet were very discolored and didn't seem to take well to the spray tan. I can tell you that today is Wednesday and I don't even look like I've gotten a spray tan and I had my spray tan done five days ago. This isn't my first spray tan, but I'm very disappointed with the experience and especially paying what I paid I expected it to last a little bit longer and it barely lasted three days.

This salon does not refund customers or make things right when they mess up. Niki, the owner, even…read moreasked me not to post a negative review knowing they were in the wrong. I agreed at the time, as long as they fixed the issue -- but they didn't. I came in for a consultation and haircut, asked for a low-maintenance, dimensional balayage with a blended root (showed a photo), and left with what looked like a bad grow-out: harsh yellow highlights on top and solid blonde on the ends -- exactly what I specifically asked not to have. I was never told that the look I am aiming for could not be achieved. Niki admitted the stylist, Lauren, should've added lowlights and wasn't sure why it wasn't done. She refused to add the highlights and said it required an appointment, which I would have to pay for. She toned it, but the problem was far from fixed. I also pointed out my haircut looked choppy to Lauren, and she casually said the bottom was shorter, but didn't bother correcting it. I now have to spend another $500 elsewhere to fix it. Mistakes happen -- but how a business handles them matters. Unfortunately, this salon avoids accountability and clearly doesn't prioritize their clients' satisfaction. Save yourself the headache.
