After acquiring a salon, we decided to replace some of the equipment and wanted to find something…read morebuilt in the USA. We came across prosun and decided to take the plunge. Ordering was simple enough, but that's about where it ended. Once the bed arrived it was on a massive pallet but the even the driver wasn't happy since they box it the wrong way on the pallet, it forces them to load it only one direction. They weren't able to get it into our salon so we ended up having to leave it on the sidewalk and luckily for us I had help close enough that we were able to get it inside. Unboxing is where I started getting the feeling that we may have bought a "budget" quality bed. There was little to no foam protecting the bed from shipping. Only a few spray foam parts in the corners of the box and nothing on the bed itself except plastic, not even foam under the plastic. We got the parts in the room and assembled. The connections look weird too me, since they are just black power cords that hand on the outside and look pretty awful. There is just no way to hide them. One thing I noticed right away is the lack of packing material left scratches all over the acrylic and the outside shell. The handle powder coating was rubbed off from shifting around in the box and the door wheel was bent. We also were missing all the bolts to put it together so I sent someone to grab a bunch of bolts since we already were waiting weeks for the bed, we didn't want to wait another week for them to ship parts that should have come with the bed. $25 later we had parts to get the bed up and running for our customers the next day. Powered on the bed for the first time and noticed a bunch of bulbs were a different color. Tried to take photos to send to the people at pro sun but it's hard to get exposure just right. We had 18 of 42 with the same issue, they were a different color for about 3-4 mins of run time then they would power up to the right color. We have been back and forth over email, and phone calls, and in the end they sent a bag of parts and offered to replace 2 bulbs (not sure why) but after its all said and done they offered only $100 after my insistence to make up for the damage and time. Still haven't seen that and I doubt I will without having to bug them again. In closing I was hoping these were well built and ive been left with the feeling this was a swing and a miss and I would be better served to look elsewhere for our next replacement equipment. .

Eight years ago, I purchased a ProSun canopy online and discovered the company was based in…read moreFlorida. I called to ask if it might be possible to arrange for a local pickup rather than pay the $250 shipping fee-- and I was delighted to get to speak with a helpful team member there named Marnix Van Belzen (account manager and logistics manager). Not only did he make the pickup possible, he patiently walked my brother through the entire setup process and was immediately available when we had follow-up questions. His warmth, generosity, and patience made what could have been a complicated experience feel completely effortless. What I didn't expect was that eight years later, I'd still have his number in my phone -- or that he'd be just as helpful when I reached out last week with a question about disassembling the unit for a room move. Without hesitation, Marnix walked me through the process step by step and reassured me it was simpler than I feared. He was right. It was. In an era when genuine, unhurried customer service feels increasingly rare, Marnix stands out as a true anomaly -- someone who gives generously of his time, knowledge, and kindness without making you feel like a burden. I can't speak to every member of the ProSun team, but I can say with absolute confidence that Marnix exemplifies what exceptional customer care looks like. In short, I can't recommend Marnix high enough, he truly goes above & beyond to provide exceptional service with genuine care. And the canopy itself? Still going strong after eight years. What once felt like a significant investment has proven to be worth every penny -- and then some.
