Lindsey was so friendly and helpful! She went over each bed with me, laid out the price options, told me what she does, etc. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! We chat for only a few minutes when my tan happens to be on her shift but she really leaves a lasting impression! Lindsey- you're amazing and I really appreciate you! I tried out the new VersaSpa spray tan during their promotional party for the new machine and was helped by another girl- I think her name was Carly. She was so nice the whole night even though it was a little chaotic with all the people! Then I went in just last week and met Samantha who was also so very friendly and welcoming! She took the time to price out a few different packages, including spray tans, for me while I was tanning! I didn't ask her for any info but she was so willing to just inform me of my options! Both girls are always smiling, greeting and saying good bye even when they have other guests at the same time! They were very knowledgable and eager to help and chat! I've had nothing but amazing customer service for the past 6 weeks!

They are often out of certain spray colors, and the spray is supposed to go on at least warmed up, but instead it trickles on cold. Then, you get to enjoy a cold dryer after that. Finally, this unit is barely chugging along. I've been to enough of the other Tan Republic salons to know that this is just poor attention to maintenance and an even crappier way to treat your customers! It's $50.00 a tan now, for a system that does not work the way it should.

Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. She had two young girls asking her a bajillion questions while they were fully aware that people were waiting behind them. Then the computer crashed or her server went down or something, just as the place is filling up with people getting off work and wanting to tan. Then the beds shut off in the middle of sessions. And the entire time this was happening, she was alone. The fact that she not only kept her cool, but remained apologetic and kind was incredible. I've been in her shoes a million times and I know how stressed she must have been with everything falling apart around. But she did amazing. TR desk girl, if you're reading this, I'm so sorry that happened to you. You did great in a very stressful situation and you deserve the strongest drink when you get off work tonight. For anyone reading this and wondering why I'm giving this place 5 stars when it seems like nothing works... I've been coming here for a few years now and this is the first time there has ever been a problem. I've never once had issues with the beds not working, everything has always been very clean and the customer service is SO much better than any tanning salon I've ever been to before. Today was very much a one-off situation where there was clearly something wrong with their system. If you're looking for a tanning salon in Eugene area, you really should give tan republic a try.
