The Cucumber Cooler was pretty refreshing and reminded me a lot of a mojito. The Indian Summer, however, was extremely tangy and tart, so I wasn't the biggest fan. For our food, we got a Charcuterie Board, Spicy Chicken Rigatoni, Smokehouse Burger, and Cedar-Plank Salmon. We honestly devoured the Charcuterie Board as soon as it was placed down in front of us. I loved the toast paired with the meats, cheese, and fig. The Smokehouse Burger is honestly so filling. I was pretty full from a quarter of the burger, because it was so packed with things (onion rings, cheese, patty, etc.). The fries are also a classic. The rigatoni was also pretty good; it's your classic vodka sauce. As for the salmon, I was a HUGE fan. The maple-bourbon glaze on the salmon gave it a nice smoky, savory, and sweet flavor that paired amazingly with the garlic herb rice. I could honestly eat this for days.
