The owner and workers very well mannered. I called them since 6 house guests were coming. The marketing is devised to get a "starting point" clean up to their standards they say. I had this service about May of 2022 and just deciding to comment to help others maybe. Main complaints: 1.They took far too long with (2) girls in an area upstairs, seldom used, that had been cleaned 3 weeks prior. (upstairs) . Not cluttered with things to clean around. 2. Girls mopped the wooden floors thru the house using only 2 pads on the mop. (3,000 sq feet +)I gave them 10 changeable pads so not to transfer the dirt and to be used with my Bona product.. Didnt notice til I saw 8 clean pads never used right before they left. Basically they transferred the dirt over all the floors. I wasnt happy esp since paying $400, but didnt have time for them to return to do the floors properly. Im happy they were polite but shouldve known how to clean the wooden floors and not stretch the time in seldom used area. I woundnt use them again. Their "first time" charge was a bit over $400 /3200 sq ft for my house occupied by only two persons. The orig. estimate was around $250 . read more

I was was REALLY excited to have a deep clean scheduled. The owner has been trying to get my wife to schedule a cleaning for 2 years. I have family coming into town for Easter so I decided to have a deep clean schedule and did not want to have to worry about a major cleaning prior to their arrival. We scheduled our cleaning on 3/30, well in advance to our cleaning day. My wife and I have to work all week and did not have the time to do this. Our scheduled cleaning was scheduled for Wednesday (4/13) and on Sunday (4/10) morning we received the following email. "I was so happy to see your name finally on our schedule after working on getting you booked for two years Regretfully, we have lost a team member due to a no call no show last week that has impaired our scheduling. We will need to re schedule this service for you for a future date. I will look ahead however as of currently, it appears our bookings may be extended to June until we are able to find more talent! I apologize for this inconvenience after working so hard to see you on our schedule!" I love how the owner waited until the Sunday prior (4 days prior) to advise the cancellation, when they know most places are closed and we would struggle to find another service. The owner did not even offer a discount or a referral to another company but excepted me to wait until June. I understand that people can leave a company at anytime, but as an owner you have to adjust schedules and maybe, just maybe, offer to take on the extra work yourself and step out of the office to work with your staff until you find a suitable replacement. It is crazy how an owner is willing to burn a client that they have been trying to get on their books for 2 years. I was able to find another service and have one scheduled. Beach babes and buckets did a phenomenal job on our home deep clean. Very thorough cleaning of my downstairs area- kitchen, living room, bathroom, and dining room-- including baseboards and floors. Excellent job! Everything we so clean and it smelled fantastic! I have 3 large dogs and when I walked into my home, I couldn't smell them. We have already decided that we will be making this a regular occurrence! You have no idea how much you NEED a cleaning service until you USE a cleaning service!! What a relief, after working a long week, to enjoy your weekend instead of cleaning all weekend!!! So do yourself a favor and call Beach Babes & Buckets! read more

Worst experience------they never finished the job----cleaned two of the three floors and they left. Spoke to owner and she could care less. They showed up 20 minutes late-----you can see from other people's reveiws these guys really suck. Don't ever use this cleaning service. The charge is now in dispute. read more

I hired Beach Babes and Buckets to do a move-in clean on my new (old) house the day after I closed. I just moved to the area, and where I'm from you leave your house pretty spotless when you move out, so I expected that they'd just need to do some deep-cleaning to make it really shine. I quickly learned that cleaning before you move out is not the norm here - the house was a MESS. It looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in years. Half way through my quoted time, they reached out to let me know the house was taking longer than anticipated to clean, and gave me the option of prioritizing what I wanted cleaned to remain within their quote, or to stay at a very reasonable hourly rate to finish the job. I asked them to stay, and it ended up being an extra 2ish hours for two people to finish the house! I'm so glad they were able to stay; it's so much better! They are coming back for a monthly clean this week and we are looking forward to it! read more

DO NOT USE Beach Babe & Buckets! My "cleaning" with Beach Babes & Buckets was the worst service experience to date. Not only did they do a terrible job cleaning our home, forgetting one floor entirely, and leaving vacuum attachments behind, they caused damage to the face of our stove. The owner would not provide any type of refund or provide her insurance agency. The owner, Carlen, did offer to come by the next day for a reclean; however, we did not want anyone from this company back in my home after such an unacceptable job and damaging our appliance. After multiple, weekly follow-up emails to the owner, I was finally contacted by her insurance agency to learn this business has a cheap policy that does not cover anything her company touches. Long story short, save your money, time, frustration, and property from this disservice. Use any other cleaning service. Any "5-star" reviews must come from family and friends. read more
