Ok so our dryer stopped working and it's been years since I've been to a laundry mat I mean years like college days!! Lol I had no clue as to what I was doing simply lost! However, customers inside was very friendly to help me in drying our clothes lol I'd say it's a good place to go. Specifically asked if whites are done separate so they remained white. Guess what all white shorts and socks ruined! $50 for a small load (granted I did ask for rush). Such a simple and normal task in such a business and if it can't handle that it's useless. VERY disappoint and p.o. at now the added cost of replacing ruined clothes. (Update: they have said they will refund and will wait to see that reflected on my card. I'll commend manager ? owner? for accepting the responsibility which is a stand up thing to do. Its a laundromat; just like everyone I have ever been to. No coins; you have to buy an iWash365 card. Prices seemed a little higher than Im used to, but it's been a long time since i've been to a laundromat. The detergent vending machine was sold out of most of the detergents offered. There's a Jamaican takeout restaurant, a pool hall, and a Jimmy Johns in the plaza if you're looking for something to do while waiting. Of note, the Jamaican takeout place is labeled as a sports bar; it is not. Overall; got the laundry done. read more

Had to venture to a laundromat, my washer had issues . Did my Yelp search and this one popped up . It's clean , plenty of open machines and laundry carts available. Sadly I came with coins , guess the machines are more up to date than me . Chose my two machines , had to purchase a iwash365 card. They charge $1.00 for a new card . Just a hint , check the soap dispensers before you load the machine , some of the liquid dispensers had dry powder lumps in them . They have several folding tables available, several tv's There are plenty of different washer sizes and a large wall of dryers available. It is $3.50 for a 20 pound washer load , $4.75 for 45 pound , $6.00 for 45 pound and $11.00 for an 8 washer load machine . The dryers are $1.25 , don't know for how long , usually it's been 8 minutes. So far a positive experience. read more

I used this place to wash my dog beds. They have high capacity washers. For $5 I put all 3 beds in there and it was done in 20 minutes! There was someone there to help me and the place was spotless. They have all of the extras for your wash and the dryers are huge and 25 cents for the 6 minutes. read more

Dropped off a comforter for them to wash/dry/fold. No one would tell me how long it would be, when i could pick it up. Told me they had same day services but weren't clear to me about when I'd be able to pick that up either so I opted not to. i went to pick it up the next day around the same time I had dropped it off the day before. [11:30-12pm] no one was at the store. There was a sign on the door saying they'd be back at 1:30. I left for about an hour or so came back around 1 or 1:15, figured I'd wait. 1:30 rolled around, still no one was there. I called the number on my ticket and a lady told me everyone was out to lunch until 3. Three? Where have they been the last several hours then? Finally at 2:45 someone shows up, I ask about my comforter. I can see it sitting on the floor in the back, still in the bag I dropped it off in. I'm told it won't be ready until after 5 pm and to come back after 6. At this point I've wasted several hours and tell them I'll come back the following day. I pick up my comforter today. It is raining today so I leave it in the bag. Of note it is the same bag I dropped it off in which is... fine, I guess? I'm not sure I expected anything special but seemed odd to me a little. I get it home, open the bag. The comforter is noticeably still VERY wet. In fact it is still in my dryer right now, hoping I can dry it and fix this somewhat. The cotton is super clumped [hopefully just from being wet PROBABLY OVERNIGHT?] the corners of the comforter have no cotton at all anymore, all the cotton has clumped away from the corners completely. It is awful. I cannot believe I paid these people nearly 30 dollars to effectively ruin my comforter and make me have to do all this work to [hopefully[ fix it myself. I use this laundry for 4 years, I'm a loyal customer. Today I dropped 240.00 in laundry and I asked the lady to invoice me and I paid the bill online. The owner sent me this rude message: The laundry that was dropped off today will not be washed until the bill is paid. You told my employee that Dominique said you can be invoiced. We do not invoice anyone and all customers pay at the time of drop off. You told her a lie and we do not appreciate that. You need to come in and make the payment immediately so that the laundry can be completed. Office hours are 8am-7pm. This place don't appreciate and respect their clients!! There are many other laundry's in town that will appreciate and respect you!!! read more

This is a well kept, clean laundromat. The on-site ATM and credit/debit payment options make use of the machines very convenient. The only thing that prevented a 5 star was the soap machine being out of stock. I will use this business again for my large laundry jobs. read more

I recently moved to a new apartment and decided to hold off on purchasing a new washer and dryer and try the old laundromat life again. My adventure began with a search for a laundromat with free WiFi in the area. Luckily I landed on this spot even though it's on the other end of town from where I live. I found a few other reviews useful so I took the trip and I was happy I did! The whole place from the machines to the tables and vending area look like they were unboxed yesterday. The area on top to the sides and behind the appliances was spotless, not even a cobweb. The WiFi was more than adequate for what I needed including some scheduling and video/audio entertainment. The prices were fair even in the vending machines. Although I do not have personal experience with the drop off services I watched as they carefully cleaned and folded like they were their own clothes. I was very happy the owner was there so I could personally praise him for this great establishment. 10/5 stars will be back!!!! read more

After heading to kings becuase their laundromat says it closes at 10 with me being there at 9 and they wouldn't let me wash my clothes i headed down to coast coin laundry all i can say is way better place than kings more clean newer machines and free wifi what else could one ask for! read more

I apologize to anyone who has used this cleaner based on my previous reviews because this place has completely fallen on their face in one year ! The turnover has hurt them and the owners customer service skills have regressed by 99% ! Took my clothes in Friday and could not pay because their computer broke down ! Left a specific request for the girl to call me when my clothes were ready and it took me until today to even get them on the phone ! She never called ! I had 61 lbs of clothes @ $1.25 a pound comes to $76.25 but when I walked in an employee ( who could not work their computer ) could not explain why my ticket read $94.59 ( which came to $1.55 per pound ) ! The store's only advertised number is to the owner sell phone ! So if you call the co-owner , Amber , answers but she is rarely at the store ! They do not trust employees to answer outside calls ? Finally , however , I had to step outside and call Amber who was EXTREMELY rude to the point that even though I have been a loyal , supportive customer for over a year " they didn't need my business anymore " ! Well obviously , that helped me make a decision that I had been pondering for several days , they have lost me , my close friends and family's business ! I am loading photos of the receipt that shows how they seem to cheat unsuspecting customers after you start trusting them and just paying whatever they quote ! The only thing they have going for them is the quality of their equipment but there are so many other laundromats , with better parking who will appreciate the money you spend with their business ! I give them about a year and they will fold but beware if you use them ! All of their prices have gone up and they stopped posting the prices anywhere in the store ! I will be making a BBB claim on the early next week as well ! They have gone from being a seemingly honest business to one that put their foot on the scale when they weigh your clothes in !! I hate putting up negative reviews but utterly irritated by their dry cleaning service. I stopped by to pick up a piece on the way out of town and no attendant - Just a sign, come back at 1:00pm - Well being that traffic is insane on College as it is - I wasted a good amount of time going there for the pick up and will have to make a second trip back meanwhile delaying my trip out of town. My advice: 1. Don't use them for dry cleaning 2. If you do - CALL TO SEE IF ANYONE IS THERE! That said the laundry room itself is pretty clean and well maintained. A shame to have to post this but extremely inconvenienced. read more

Rude attendant that wasn't there when we first first got there, then instead of any kind of greeting, she walked up and started insulting us. Watched another customer walk in and then leave after she started being rude to him too. A regular customer came outside to apologize for the attendant saying "oh she's always like this" which is completely unacceptable to me. I've worked in fast food, retail, stock positions, waitress, and NEVER has it ever been OK for any employee to treat any customer like shit much less make a habit of it. The store wasn't even clean. I'm a veteran, retired to the area in 2015. My condo property has a laundry onsite, but we aren't able to use it for the next few weeks. Hence my finding Atlantic laundry and I'm so happy I did! The folks there are so very helpful and thoughtful. They are happy for the business and it shows. Dominic is always more than willing to answer all your questions. I have lived all over the US serving in the US Navy and I simply cannot think of a cleaner and more well stocked place than this. They have free Wi-fi for you to use whilst you wait and cable TV to watch also. I do appreciate how clean the business is. The washers are the cleanliest I have ever seen! The restrooms are super clean also and that's something I notice and really appreciate having been a trauma nurse. I washed clothes myself and took advantage of the "dry and fold" service. Everything was folded wonderfully and stacked neatly, They bagged them for easy carrying. It was really convenient! I'm very happy to have found the Laundry and plan on using it as long as I'm living in the area. They even text you a receipt and text you again, when you laundry is ready; if you leave the clothes for the laundry service to be washed and dried or dry cleaned!
