While I'm not certain reading other reviews how DRY cleaning can (wet) sour; as for IS Cleaners and my own experience, for many years, my wife and I have received & continue to receive incredible, professional, quality and economical service for the dry-cleaning of our family's clothing, some of which such as custom tailored suites, or my bride's elegant and fragile evening gowns and many of her dresses and gowns, are very expensive. We take those costly clothing items to US cleaners, because we trust the work they do, we know that Lou takes the greatest care and caution to protect each garment while cleaning.
The professional staff at US cleaners has been and remains incredible and are always smiling; eager and happy to help every customer.
Over the course of many years, and dozens upon dozens of visits top drop off and pick up our clothing, Lou and his employees have ALWAYS cleaned our garments professionally, affordably and perfectly for those many, many of years.
As you look down the rows of freshly cleaned, perfectly pressed clothing, the majority of those garments are suites, dresses, casual, business, and Sunday bests for normal, everyday citizens such as myself, and probably you as well .
However, you can't help but notice the rows of carefully pressed, perfectly creased NHC Sheriff Dept., WPD / Wilmington Police Dept., EMS / New Hanover County Paramedic, Wilmington Fire, United States Marine Corps / USMC (Semper Fidelis) Dress Blues, US Army Dress Greens and occasionally even one of those USA Navy White Dresses, or Dress Whites rather, hanging waiting readily for their owner/s to come gather them.
There is a vast array and amount of professional, local and public service / emergency service professional uniforms ready, for two reasons.
Reason one is because US cleaners consistently, and for a long period of time has always offered a professional , high quality service of cleaning / dry cleaning clothes and they have cleaned clothes exceptionally and incredibly well. Those clothes have always been consistently cleaned faster and ready sooner than most any other dry cleaner in town, and while the cleaning and service is premium, that high quality, premium, professional and incredibly well done cleaning service has also been the most affordable service offered in town...... Best, Fastest, Cheapest... Consistently.
does an incredible job with cleaning customers clothes, they do it faster than most other competitor businesses, they do it more affordably than other dry cleaning businesses in the area.
The second reason which in my opinion is the most important reason as it shows the type of person the owner is; Lou believes strongly and whole-heartedly in giving back to those who service the businesses and citizens of Wilmington and New Hanover County and he shows his support by offering his extremely high quality, cleaning service to public and emergency service professionals for their professional uniforms at an exceptionally discounted rates.
While our local unsung heroes in law enforcement and emergency and fire services should ALWAYS look their best in a crisply cleaned, well pressed uniform as they are constantly a visual representation of our city and of those who live here, those same public servants should not have to worry about inflation. They should be able to be allowed to focus on their job of protecting, serving, saving and helping area residents and business.
They should not have to worry about how to budget for, or how/where to obtain the extra money so that they may be able pay high prices in order to have their uniforms professionally cleaned and pressed so they may look their best as they represent each one of us, and work to serve and protect us and our community.
Because Lou believes in our City, he gives back by providing a special, very affordable service to our local emergency workers so that they may have their professional uniforms cleaned and pressed, without having to worry about cost.
Any business who takes the extra time, and absorbs extra cost to give back in such a manner, to help those who help us for a living is to be applauded, and I personally believe it speaks extremely highly of any business who does so and says allot about a business owner's own generosity, sincerity, ethics, and standards.
Personally I try to do my business where the business cares about me wants and needs as much as they care about each dollar I spend, and Lou is an exceptional example of a small business owner who us kind, professional, generous, ethical and who cares about each and every customer he has.
Highest Quality Cleaning, Fastest Turn-Around, Most Affordable Rates and Years of Satisfaction, Exceptional and Positive Customer Service, and never any problems or issues..
It would be hard to get me to go anywhere else, and I cannot speak highly enough about US Cleaners, The owner Lou, or his incredible and professional staff. read more
