Oh lawd So damn decadent. Beignets are phenomenally light and sweet. There isnt a dipping sauce you can go wrong with. The pepperoni & mozz beignets are just the right amount of light, fluffy and zesty italian flavor for a quick savory snack. I really wanted to try the boudin-yay which are beigneted boudin balls. The menu description doesnt do it justice. Oh goodness these would kill at Jazz Fest! Light and flaky dough with tangy cajun boudin inside served with some type of Tzatziki sauce that punches the subtle green onion and pepper flavor forward. These are all so satisfying with just a few bites. It took me a few tries to find the food truck as its nestled in the parking lot almost hidden by another larger food truck, but definitely worth the visit. Amazing experience! read more

Absolutely wonderful. It's a food truck, with limited seating, so be aware of the weather outside. But the beignets- *chef kiss* light, airy, crispy. Perfectly dusted with powdered sugar. Absolutely delicious. We've had beignets from New Orleans. These stand right beside those. The dipping sauces are absolutely unneeded, but my favorite was the lemon. The flavor is incredible! The box comes with dipping sauces but the Beignets have such good flavor you don't need the sauce. They are fluffy on the Inside and perfectly crisp on the outside.
