I was a patient of Medspa Mt Dora for laser hair removal, about…read morehalf way done of my treatment I was not noticing positive improvement which I mentioned it first to my specialist Dianne Garcia and she went to talk with Tori Ortiz (manager), Tori came to talk to me and said that my hairs were "peach fuss" and that laser was not able to get rid of peach fuss completely. After that, I told Dianne to set up on higher setting the laser, she told me she did set up as higher setting was able to do, and that "we will see from there until the end of the treatment if gets better". while continuing with the laser sessions every month I was expecting almost not see hairs anymore but I kept seeing not improvements and my hairs were still growing, I kept mentioning to Dianne every session about this. I finished the treatment in October, and since then my hairs kept growing as before. I went back in a week ago to talk to the manager/clinic to see how we could fix this because I paid for a treatment that didn't work. So, I went to show them how the laser didn't work and my "peach fuss hair" were not peach fuss but still hairs growing same as before the laser. I was only able to talk with front desk- Zoey, she told us was going to talk with the head people and they will contact me later that same day. I called 3 days later because nobody contacted me and Zoey transferred me to a voicemail, I left a message and nobody returned my call. After a week nobody called me, clearly they don't care about us - the costumers -that paid for a treatment didn't work. I want to mention as well Dianne was always nice and give a good costumer service every time but in the contrary Tory Ortiz seemed not to care with she came talk to me once for my concerns. Even I mentioned both Dianne and Tori that I do have experience with this Laser Hair Removal treatments, I used to go Ideal Image in Altamonte Springs for this same treatment and after even 2-3 sessions I saw huge improvement on the areas I was being treated on, after 2 years I finished my treatment there and still hair not growing. Which here in Medspa Mt Dora just a few days after I finished the treatment, hair is still growing as normal and as before the treatment. Do NOT waste your money here. I decided to try Medspa Mt Dora because is closer to my home and less painful, well WORST DECISION! I will go back to my previous clinic and endure the pain and over one hour distance one way for me. if you are investing in yourself then do it with a really professional clinic and with a Laser Hair Removal treatment actually works.
