If it says it's open til 8, then stay open til 8. If not- SPECIFY THAT ITS 730. You don't understand how important little breaks of freedom are to new parents. Anyways so yeah we headed over to this superb Sportsmens Club to shoot some guns with Christopher, Leighann, Roni, Melissa, Kristin, Ricky and myself after an interesting commute in the right lane on the highway. Once there we went over some of the safety guidance in order to come back home without having to go through bullet removal surgery. And then... We shot weapons! It was freakin' awesome dude. Like you can't even begin to imagine to feeling of firing a gun. If you haven't I highly recommend it. Unfortunately for you though, this club is private so good luck trying to find a way in there. Actually, you won't. You need to know people. Connections is key. The place is fairly well maintained and has a multiple shooting sites. Two archery sites, one fishing lake and three shooting ranges, including one designed for trap, another for short and medium distance shooting and the final one for long distance sniping. The place is in pretty good condition and it's a BYOG. Yeah, they don't provide guns... you bring your own, including your ammo. The members of this club seemed friendly and resource-full and even let us shoot some of their own weapons like the M1 Garand and a bunch of other ones. It was a trully amazing experience and just loads of plain good old fun! Can't wait to do this again.

Decent clubhouse with flush toilets - yet Lots of land - yet Hunting - yet Machine gun friendly - yes Range Nazis who take sport in letting you know they are in charge - not at this club.

The appointment was easy to make through text messages and we were able to get one day of (but note they do not accept walk ins). You also have to have ID and pay in cash so do not forget these things. This was my first time ever at a shooting range, but due to the great staff, I wasn't nervous and the instructions are very clear on what to do. We got to shoot a few different types of guns and got to shoot at some paper targets and metal targets at the end of the range. There is also supposed to be a time limit, but as a group of 4 we never felt rushed and really enjoyed our time! Would come again!

Prior to this class, I had never shot a gun, let alone loaded one etc. But I left feeling confident enough to do so. They also went over the different laws & procedures that entail getting your gun license, which was helpful, given I did not realize what is and is not allowed in MA. I would highly recommend this class and be sure to partake in the live shooting at the end of the class!

The worst customer service experience that I've had in my life…read more This training center is so uninterested in communicating with customers that the quality of their services is COMPLETELY irrelevant. I got my certificate from them a couple years ago when I applied for my FID. It's a long story, but I need another copy of certificate. I go to their website to lookup my info to see if I'm in their records, and find out that I need to contact them for a manual search. No one picked up when I called with the phone number on their website, and no one replied to my voicemail. I found a second phone number, which gave me the same results, but the voicemail message told me that the best way to reach them is over text. I try sending a text to the number, but it doesn't deliver. Eventually I found an email address to try. I never got a reply. Then I tried DMing their official Instagram page. No reply there, either. I decided to stop by the facility in person to ask them about my certificate, and also why they so hard to reach, and the place is locked during the hours when the website and google maps claims they're open. I showed up again and FINALLY caught them when they were actually holding a class. After telling me at first that they didn't have my certificate, with enough pushing they finally pulled it up. Then they had the nerve to charge me 20 bucks to print a copy. I hope that this is enough to deter you from giving these people your money, but maybe all you care about is the quality of the training itself. So, how was it? Fine, I guess. Sort of. A good sign that you can trust someone for advice about personal safety is whether they're in somewhat healthy physical shape. My instructor (both 4 years ago and now) couldn't self-defense his way out of a narrow doorway. Along with his neglect of fitness, I also distinctly remember him saying not to carry Glocks because they don't have manual safeties, which is ignorant and outdated advice.

My brother was in need of some pants and shirts for a weekend getaway. They had a great selection of Carhart clothes and of all sizes. Hard to find a large selection of sizes but they had it all. They have multiple dressing rooms as well. I was in awe of all the items they sell here. If you're an outdoor enthusiast, this is your place! A nice place to bring the kids as well, lots of animals all over the place. Felt like I was at the San Diego Zoo. They also do licenses here as well, this is truly a one stop shop. From fishing gear, dehydrated food, sunglasses, UTVs, they have it all.
