Woohoo. I got a Shirtz. Depending on your choice each shirt can cost 100-300+ Euros. Sizing can be limited at times. Meaning Men's 42+ (when I visited, I recalled the sizing for smaller than Men's size 40 was very limited). The boutique store is small in itself, literally just an aisle downstairs. Dressing room is upstairs, the other aisle spaced section, with some more but limited options like shorts, t-shirts, bags, etc... I thought the staff to be quite helpful, answered my questions on refund policy (not that I used it, but nothing wrong with inquiring), stock in sizing and customizing. All in all not a bad experience just to look.

I think their advertising scares me off...never looks like my style. But when going in under the insistence of a friend, I found clothes for people with all kinds of styles! There are two floors of woman's clothes, a floor for dressing rooms (apparently there is always a long line), a floor for men, and one for housewares. I think they have a nice selection of clothing for the size of the store, but the clothes don't leave a lot of room for the hoards of people who are in there. But they do what they can. I saw staff putting clothes back where they belong to keep the store looking nice, but they inevitably get moved again. So when you find the perfect jacket all along and not in your size, it's hard to figure out where it came from. We were rushed out of the dressing room when it was nearly closing time. I guess that is to be expected, but she should have told us when my friend went in with 11 items, that she had 5 minutes to try them on. We would have done things differently. But, the man who checked us out was very friendly. I will go back, but it's hard to want to go to a store that is so full of people all the time since it is directly on Dam Square!

The store was 30 mins from closing and was pretty full still. We had picked out 3-4 pieces to try on. When my wife went to the changing room, an employee aggressively jumped in front of her and told her she couldn't go into the changing room becasue the store was closing in 20 mins. My wife mentioned she only had 3 shirts and would change very quickly. The person very aggressively said absolutely not. My wife said fine I'll just put the shirts on over my curent shirt in the hallway. The employee ended up calling security to stop my wife from doing this. We all just ended up just leaving in a huff. I had 3 shirts I was going to buy, wife and friends had several shirts each they were going to buy too. The store probably lost out on $1,000 in revenue by being so aggressive. I'm an American and I know Americans can be picky about customer service. However, we have spent 3 months in Europe and are well aware of the cultural differences when it comes to customer service. This was the worst example of customer service I've ever received at a clothing store. Incident happened on Aug 22, 2018 at closing time.
