I have attempted to contact the company multiple times and one thing they are very good at, is stalling. Evidently, they have never heard of a recovery process, when something goes wrong. Even if they did business in the States, I would not deal with them, based on their lack of customer service.

Fab has some super cute wallets, but as far as their hand bags, I think they are over price. I feel the quality of the leather bags here, definitely does not match with the price. I am even more critical of their leather bags, since I got a good and extensive preview of real Italian leather bags. Fab store had one exceptional bag, which is the Fab baby diaper bag. Now if you are a new mother, then this bag is very convenient, it stores a lot for a new mom, but even that purse is over price for the quality of the bag.
