They refunded the money very promptly, but due to the exchange rates, the sum refunded was £9 less than the trainers ordered, a loss of almost 10% on my purchase. Whilst I appreciate that the exchange rates are not within their control, their faulty stock ordering system is not within my control, and as the customer I do not feel that I should be the one that loses out as a result of their problems. Furthermore, their customer service rep was not particularly sympathetic or offered any other solution. Very disappointing.

The people who work there are quite knowledgeable on the shoes style and makers history. The service is always very great when I go. You can't find a shoe store or styles like this in North America (US or Canada). So if you make it to Amsterdam be sure to them out. They also have some tennis shoe styles since the pandemic.
