For all involved but this was before the laws changed and social media was used to rightly crucify folk. Needless to say I did not sign that paperwork from the mortgage company scam artists right along with the scheming RE agents no thanks to that dude. I could have sued. I filed a complaint against the mortgage company for racist remarks and that also went no where. Now on the other hand fast forward to the one located in North Philadelphia around Broad and Erie, service is like night and day. Wonderful older woman I worked with for counseling was excellent, she called back when I had questions and told me what to do if I had any problems with any party involved when purchasing a home. I have a few individual stocks like Amazon, Apple, Google, and Chipotle. I am not an expert! I am a conservative. I am now too old to be a risk taker! I see a lot of negative reviews on here. But I can't get a straight answer on whether they'll accept my trust, and that's too important to leave hanging.
