The inspection said I did anyway this was about 10 yrs ago. If something like that happened today there would be all kinds of repercussions and consequences. For all involved but this was before the laws changed and social media was used to rightly crucify folk. Needless to say I did not sign that paperwork from the mortgage company scam artists right along with the scheming RE agents no thanks to that dude. I could have sued. I filed a complaint against the mortgage company for racist remarks and that also went no where. Now on the other hand fast forward to the one located in North Philadelphia around Broad and Erie, service is like night and day. Wonderful older woman I worked with for counseling was excellent, she called back when I had questions and told me what to do if I had any problems with any party involved when purchasing a home. That was about five years ago or so. She was like a one woman show. I learned from that experience, go to the next one. Outside of the one dude the services and workshops are very helpful as well as the people who present them. Boy I tell you I love 2020 practically everyone/anyone who is wrong can be checked and called out if necessary.

Vanguard is a financial group that offers different levels of investment structures…read more They are in many big companies who offer a 401K to their employees. You can open an account as an individual as well. They offer 401k, Roth IRA, Money Markets, Mutual Funds, Education accounts, General Brokerage Accounts, SEP-IRAS, 403(b) plans, Cash Plus Accounts, and much more. I have a 401K managed account through my work. I also open a ROTH IRA that I manage myself along with a Taxable Brokerage Account for savings. I love investing in VOO, VTI, and QQQ. I have a few individual stocks like Amazon, Apple, Google, and Chipotle. I am not an expert! I am a conservative. I am now too old to be a risk taker! I see a lot of negative reviews on here. I am an investor in my future. I have never tried taking any money out. I cannot vouch for the negativity. With that being said, I do not only use Vanguard. I also have three other different sources of investments companies to keep a balanced retirement portfolios. Overall, I do a steady investment. I have never withdrawn anything. So far, they have been good to me.

It has to go through a review process, which I have no problem with. The problem is that I can't get anyone to tell me where it stands. Calls go unreturned, and every time I call I get a different answer from a different person. After years of dealing with a Swiss bank, I find that unacceptable. Their phone system is also terrible. People say Vanguard is a great company, but that hasn't been my experience. If all you're doing is buying and selling ETFs or bonds, it's no big deal. But I can't get a straight answer on whether they'll accept my trust, and that's too important to leave hanging.
