Then she started chatting with the passenger on the front seat and missed her exit to the airport. She had to reroute and it put 30 minutes into our schedule. Finally we got to the airport she dropped all of us off at the arrival level -- added additional time to our 30 minutes to go to departure level. The whole time she continued talking incessantly with the passenger, talking about her life: her daughter graduating, how she lived in Alaska, how Florida is full of stupid people, on and on .....I feel that she compromised our safety, and delayed our arrival.

Unfortunately, this is one experience I cannot stay silent about. Our group recently spent over $8,000 to charter a bus for what should have been a memorable trip. Instead, it turned into one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. From the moment we boarded, it was obvious the bus had not been properly cleaned. The floors were filthy, but even worse, the waste tank from the previous trip had never been emptied. Imagine being trapped on a bus for more than seven hours with the overwhelming smell of someone else's sewage. It was nauseating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. Instead of immediately correcting the problem, we were forced to spend our own money on air fresheners and cleaning products just to make the ride somewhat bearable. The driver showed little urgency because he wasn't sitting in the back where the smell was the strongest. It wasn't until passengers refused to get back on the bus that the owner finally instructed the driver to empty the waste tank. We hoped that would be the end of it. It wasn't. On the return trip, while driving through heavy rain, the roof began leaking onto passengers and their belongings. When the owner was contacted, rather than expressing concern, he claimed he reviewed the bus cameras and "didn't see" any leak. It's hard to understand how a camera could dismiss what an entire bus full of passengers witnessed firsthand. After spending thousands of dollars, we were left with a dirty bus, unbearable odors, a leaking roof, damaged belongings, and a level of customer service that made us feel like our concerns simply didn't matter. The only resolution offered? A discount on a future trip. Respectfully, no thank you. A company earns trust by how it responds when something goes wrong. In this case, there was no accountability, no genuine apology, and no meaningful effort to make things right. My advice to anyone considering this company is simple: be cautious. Businesses that require full payment upfront should still be held accountable for delivering the quality and professionalism they promised. Once they have your money, you shouldn't have to fight to receive the service you already paid for. I sincerely hope this review encourages the company to improve its standards so that no other family, school, or organization has to endure the experience we did.

Instead they bought food at Tokyo Blue and were pleased with it. Busses were running every few minutes so pickup was quick. Later in the evening the busses were very full and we had to wait for two busses to go by before getting on one at Tropic Cay. We skipped Sopranos at Beach Place because it has really gone downhill there. We went back to Bokampers and had more food. Overall, the loop was very efficient and the staff is friendly. The busses are a lot of fun as long as you get on with the drunken group of people falling all over the place, it's so much fun to watch them all. We found some pretty cool spots that any other time we really wouldn't walk into. The only stop that was a letdown was Fork and Balls- which looks awesome inside and smells of amazement as well, but the bartender claimed to have "Ran out of liquor" at 9pm on a Saturday night- so apparently they were pretty bitter and unwilling to stick to their agreement with the Bus Loop.
