If I could give 0 stars I would…read more I am sharing this so no other bride has to experience what I did on my wedding day. I confirmed all key details the day before the wedding, including passenger count, drinks, and music, and was reassured everything would be fine. Unfortunately, from the moment the driver arrived, the experience immediately went downhill. He questioned what we were bringing into the limo and insisted that eight passengers would not fit, creating unnecessary stress at the very start of my wedding day. The driver's appearance was unprofessional and he followed up his entrance by asking to use the restroom in my home, which I found inappropriate. When we asked about connecting to Bluetooth music, his response was dismissive ("some people figure it out, some don't"), and he began driving without helping. When asked again, his attitude became argumentative and uncomfortable. Throughout the ride, he continued making unnecessary comments rather than allowing what should have been a calm, celebratory moment for a bride. The most upsetting moment came upon arrival at the church. Despite claiming he had been there "300 times," the driver repeatedly said he did not know where to drop us off. We circled the church 5-7 times while the gates were clearly open and my family was waiting. At this point, the driver was annoyed that there was traffic in the church and even said under his breath "typically the bride and groom arrive in a Rolls Royce", insinuating that we were the reason he couldn't get into the church. I was overwhelmed and emotional, and the situation escalated to the point where the groom had to exit the limo in the middle of the road. I eventually had to ask the driver to stop speaking because his commentary was making the situation worse. After the wedding, we contacted Ara Limo about the experience and were told our tip would be refunded. Nothing was ever sent. Two weeks later, when we followed up, we were yelled at over the phone and asked, "How much do you want!?" instead of simply honoring what they had already said they would do. This interaction was just as unprofessional as the service itself. This was the only negative experience of my entire wedding day, which makes it especially disappointing. I expected professionalism, discretion, and support on a once‑in‑a‑lifetime day and received the opposite. I would strongly caution any bride from trusting this company with wedding transportation.

Although Aralimo clearly intends to provide good service, the overall experience did not match the…read moreprice point. The booking process was slow due to delayed communication from their family-run team. On the wedding day, the classic Lincoln stalled around 15 times just trying to exit a narrow garage, and once on the road, the air conditioning was just not good enough . While the driver was attentive and polite, his attempts to multitask, such as handing out water and napkins while driving caused him to momentarily lose control of the vehicle. It is a solid choice if your main priority is taking photos, but the actual transportation service is not what you would expect in terms of quality.

I would strongly caution others before booking with this company. The price listed on their website…read morewas more than doubled once we got further into the process, which felt extremely misleading and like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. When I questioned the massive price increase, I still didn't receive clear or trustworthy answers, which only added to my concerns about the legitimacy of the business. At that point, I chose to cancel rather than risk being scammed. Transparency and honesty matter, especially when customers are making purchasing decisions based on advertised pricing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

When we were dropped off, the driver asked if we wanted to book a ride back to the hotel when we return. We agreed and made a reservation to pick us up at 8:30 AM on 11/9/2025 at our cruise ship terminal (RCC Independence of the Seas). We were told where to go to meet the shuttle, but were not told that we needed to call when we got off the ship. At around 8:25 AM we noticed the shuttle was not there and I called. It went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I then called and spoke to the original driver and he said to try calling again. By now it was 8:33 AM. A man answered and we asked about our shuttle. He then said that we didn't call before 8:30 AM and therefore the shuttle left. I informed him that the shuttle was never there and he was very argumenative about how the shuttle left the port and that I should have called before 8:30 AM. I was then told I could wait until 10:30 for the next shuttle. I told him to please refund me and I will get a taxi. He then said to call the next day after 12:00 PM and he would handle the refund. Just as I suspected, when I called today (11/10/2025) he said he would not give me a refund because I could have waited until 10:30 AM for the next shuttle. I gave him some choice words and told him that I would dispute through my bank and then hung up. He attempted to call back, but I did not answer. I have since disputed with my bank and expect that my Bank will handle it properly. Overall the person I spoke to was extremely defensive and argumentative from start to finish and would not have a civil conversation with me. This is not what we expected after having a very nice driver on the way to the port. Having seen other reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences. Do not use them!!! I can only assume that the positive reviews that they have are from friends or family to offset the amount of negative experiences. They do not seem organic. Proceed with caution!!!!
