After reflecting on the procedure, I realized that she figured it out part way through and tried to hide it. And I show up for this appointment and the center is closed. I call the office and they apologise for not intimating me. I do not know how this business is surviving. I will no longer be going here since they do not value anyone's time.

My annual skin checks are rushed through. Pham made me feel like crap telling me I'm breaking out "all over" when I have two pinhole size pimples on my face and one on my back. My acne breakouts were a huge issue in high school but it's been under control most of my adulthood. I have cheek scarring so I know a thing or two about breaking out all over. This most certainly was not the case today. She just has a terrible bedside manner. Like calling my breasts "folds" when I asked her to check out a fluid filling sac underneath one of them. And I'm not crazy about stripping down in front of a window with two vertical blind slats missing. Her assurance of nobody being able to see in because the windows are tinted didn't bode well with me. And that particular room has been like that for a year?! I mean come on with this place. I would heavily consider looking elsewhere before you visit this place. I know I am moving forward.
