It's a pleasant experience especially if you just want to browse and not have people constantly looking over you and talking to you about everything you touch at a store. He's always been into gold watches and shiny items. I will say that Macy's needs to hire more cashiers--the wait for customer service was about 15 minutes, as there weren't enough clerks available to help. On the positive side, they do size watches on-site and offer warranties that are worth purchasing. You also earn rewards for shopping at Macy's, and they always seem to have deals going on, which makes it worth stopping by. You definitely get your money worth!

Different price points for different tiers of quality of suits. Richard was absolutely wonderful and helped my hubby find suits that were the right cut and size for him.
