It was 7:30 PM the night before my 8 AM business pitch, and I was frantically calling around any shoe store in the city I could find that was still open, trying to speak with someone. With 30 minutes to close, 3 of the 6 stores I called did not answer the phone, and 2 turned away my business. I am so grateful for Wyatt and Brandon at Shoe Palace T-012 because they literally did everything in their power to make sure I was able to get a replacement pair of shoes before the mall locked its doors. Not only did they answer my call at 7:41 PM, but they stayed on the phone with me until 7:56 PM (4 minutes left to closing), patiently listening to my situation, accommodating my requests, and helping me match a shoe they had in stock with my size and preference. At 8:13 PM, I was walking out of the mall with a new pair of Nikes. I couldn't have asked for a more reliable customer service team to help me with a last-minute transaction when I needed it most. She went in knowing she wanted to try some Hoka's but didnt really know which ones to choose from. The sales rep spent a good amount out time with her talking through the various options. He measured her foot, analyzed the way she walked in each pair and didn't try to pressure her. She ultimately settled on Hoka Arahi's which she absolutely loves. I walked away with a new running shirt and know I'll be coming back when I'm ready for my next pair of running shoes.

Sometimes I used a box cutter to make space for my foot. As an adult I wore flimsy ballet flats that stretched until the sides of my foot stuck out past the sides of the sole of the shoe or some kind of sandals/ flip flops that did the same. The owner is a miracle worker. She spent hours measuring my feet and measuring how I stand. She made custom insoles for me and sold me two pairs of shoes (now the only pairs I own) when I finally had real shoes that really fit, nothing else was ever good enough again. Also, for the next year I went back with minor complaints (the arch is not high enough, the heel does not feel right) whatever it was, she took off the shoes and went in the back. Then she put the shoes back on me and it was fixed. The shoes felt just perfect. Many years have passed. Her shop is now in a new location and I am still wearing the same two pairs of shoes. (one black and one brown) She sold me shoe polish that makes them look brand new. I love her and I love her shoes. Now you need to schedule an appointment. I promise you it is absolutely worth it. She gives you her undivided attention and she can solve any foot problem. I took my father to her. He has what he calls "Hill Feet". The more he stands up or walks, the more his feet hurt. He always wants to quit everything and get off his feet. Miraculously, she managed to fit him with a pair of shoes. The shoes even looked nice. If you have any kind of "special needs " or shoes just don't fit the shape of your feet. Call and make an appointment. You will walk out wearing shoes that are just right for you. Your feet will thank you.

I am able to go back and get my inserts adjusted or remade as much as needed. I can walk in, state where or how the inserts are bothersome, and have them adjusted. Or I can get another imprint done.
