They are very professional with years of years experience. Tim and his people are super nice and always listen and take care of their clients need. Tim and Keith built my house 5 years ago in Bixby, we have been enjoying our new house very much. The most important thing is that Tim is always response to my requests when it comes time either for maintenance or for any kind of consultations or services from day one up to this date!!! Recently i have some issue with my roof, he still takes care of me and working with his roof guy Kenny to help trying to fix it 5 years later after the house was built. I can't say enough how much i appreciate and how grateful I am to choose Biltmore as my builder, and to know Tim and his people. Tim is the best builder i have ever worked with. I also learned a lot from him, he is very smart and handsome guy too. Thank you Tim, and Biltmore Regards Wesley Li

Hammer Stars Inc Remodel Project - Fullmer Kitchen and Hardwood Floors:…read more During the spring to early summer of 2023 my wife and I decided we were going to remodel our kitchen. We started by visiting the remodeling show here in Tulsa where numerous homes were on display from various remodeling companies. Upon visiting the home remodel completed by Hammer Stars we had the opportunity to visit with Jacob and Josh about their company and what type of services they provide. We were both impressed by the ease of interaction we had with both of them. They seemed sincere, professional, willing to be creative and most importantly very honest. By early fall we began the bidding process where we had four companies provide bids to us. Hammer Stars being the one we selected. They were not the lowest nor the highest bid. Our selection was made primarily on the Hammer Stars remodel home we saw plus the solid personalities of Jacob and Josh upon our initial visit at the remodel show. We were also impressed with the bid process when Jacob came to our home and made recommendations and provided a bid in a short time frame. Our project began in mid-September, 2023. Hammer Stars assigned Caswell Thompson to be our project Manager to oversee the entire process. Communication with Caswell was terrific. He always got back to us quickly and when issues arose, we were able to resolve them with ease. The cabinet makers were exceptional. They took extreme pride in their work and it showed in the final product. In particular was their willingness to customize the cabinet doors and drawers to our desired design. A big thanks to Tyler, Andrew and Mo for their dedication and craftsmanship. As time moved on, my wife and I decided to expand our project to include Hardwood Floors throughout the downstairs outside of the kitchen area. Jacob quickly arranged for a bid to complete the floors since this was outside the original bid. Elmer and his crew did a fantastic job on the floors. The hand-scrapped oak flooring added an extra dimension to our home. It's beautiful. All in all, my wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. Hammer Stars were terrific to work with. They were timely, efficient and used very good sub-contractors. We highly recommend them and plan to use them again on our master bathroom remodel in the next year or two. Best regards, Landy Fullmer

He is professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely wants to give his customers the most he can. He has a great architect who listens. What impressed e the most was that he was at the house everyday at least once most days for many hours overseeing countless subs. In checking with his references the houses are so well built with so much attention to detail that he has literally no call back. He also lives up to his warranty. Unfortunately, there was no way to get one pre-built delivered to my back yard. It had to be built on site. That added cost, but I am very happy with the finished shed. It is very sturdy and framed up just like a house. This shed has a work bench and two storage areas in the loft. It is nice. I ordered one with the primed siding since it had to be painted to blend in as per the HOA. The crew brought the all the lumber precut to length. They assembled 8'X12' the building in about 4 hours. They did not take a break. There were three carpenters and they really worked like a professional team! When finished they cleaned up everything and were gone. Great company to do business with!
