It was immediately obvious these guys take their work seriously. He walked me through a few issues with the builder's original work and explained, in plain terms, how they avoid those problems altogether. The crew moved quickly and efficiently, but nothing felt rushed. John (the foreman) was especially solid: great communication, checked in often, and made sure everything was done right. He even made sure we got our handprints in before everything set. Scope-wise, this wasn't just a basic pour. They handled drainage (which was critical), ran a gas line sleeve for future use, and tied in gutter flow underneath the path so water actually goes where it should. They applied a curing agent on top (that white layer you'll see), and since then we've had rain -- zero puddling, everything draining exactly as planned. If you want concrete done properly, or even just want someone to evaluate existing work, these are the people to call. Really impressed with the whole team.
