Finally got it delivered and no swings or accessories were installed. Sales lady text me back and said they are missing and I would have to buy more. I paid $4000 for this so why should I pay for all the accessories. She finally says that they have the parts. A month and a half goes by and they finally install them. Oh they forgot to tell me just a couple swings were installed and nothing else until I ask why the others aren't installed. There response was that I could buy the rest on Amazon. Oh and by the way the swings are an inch or so off the ground. I ask for the office number and she sends me the owners number to the kellyville location. I explain to him the problems and he basically says it's my fault and goes on to call me a liar and a cheapskate because I didn't buy a new one even though they have no new ones. I tell him I'm going to give him bad reviews so now he is texting me making threats he's going to charge me extra because it sat on his lot while the swing beam got fixed and all the rain over the winter and spring quit because they would get stuck delivering it. Now they are posting things like this on their Facebook page.

This is one of my favorite stores! When you cant find something at your local grocery store…read more(Walmart here) you know you can count on Atwoods. My favorite though is getting to visit all the chicks and ducklings every spring-summer and giving them a little extra attention before they get a home. The employees are always so kind and helpful!! That's my other favorite about going. My third favorite would have to be the seed selection bc we are country folks and Walmart stops selling but atwood's still has the seeds and that's important to us.
