They were informed that the pool has not been used for over eight years. Chris used the existing outdoor conduit and wiring. Rain got into our brand new pool equipment after a few months and the circuit board fried. Chris came back, put some plumber's putty in the junction box and told us to put some caulk on the old conduit connectors. We told them we are not confident that there will not be any water intrusion in the future. Aspen Electric sent us a new quote to redo the work with a $100 discount.

Then the fellow didn't actually fix what was wrong, and actually accidentally disconnected the dishwasher & disposal electric supply when he supposedly fixed the original problem. So he had to come back to fix those. They were snarky about that and acted as if I were trying to cheat them. He did fix the dishwasher & disposal supply eventually, but it was a very annoying experience. Their phone service is lousy and their work is sloppy. I do not recommend them.

Knowledgable sales, Josh answered all questions before during and after and maintained great communication and customer service. The crew that came out were awesome, Chris led an easy (for me lol) and can't say enough about Gene and the others being polite and considerate while I was working from home and keeping my doors and gates shut and being cognizant of my two dogs. Tyson may be my favorite new person ever. All I can say about this company is WOW…read more My house needed A LOT of work; it was a full day appointment. I had many items to scope and price out upfront, and Tami was so kind and amazing. We had to work through several proposals before deciding on final services, and she always responded quickly with thorough details. Then, Tyson and his helper showed up, and they were the nicest people ever. We walked through all services to be done, and Tyson explained all troubleshooting/results well plus gave me options to decide from (like what color of weather protector I wanted on our outside outlets) versus doing whatever he thought was best like standard vendors. He had to run to Lowe's to grab more parts and did not charge me for them as they were "minor." He also discovered extra issues/subpar electrical items as he worked on the house that he corrected/adjusted to perform better without charging extra. He went well over above and beyond! On the invoice, I noticed an option to tip. I've never seen this for an electrician, plumber, roofer, or any type of home service. HOWEVER, it made total sense, and I tipped them 20%. He saved us hundreds in extra services/parts instead of nickel and diming. He also saved us from more future issues by addressing all of the non-perfect items he saw throughout the house. That's worth a lot for our safety. Jaco's pricing is very reasonable, and the quality of work cannot be beaten! #ServiceStarShoutOut
