But they treated my car with the same level of care and attention as every other vehicle. I got both a wash and detailing, and the results exceeded my expectations. The biggest surprise was that they managed to remove all the stubborn micro glitter from my trunk--something I thought I'd be finding forever! My car looked spotless inside and out, and the attention to detail really stood out. Great service, excellent work, and they clearly take pride in what they do no matter what you drive. When I arrived, the vacuum area was incredibly busy, but the manager was doing an amazing job actively directing traffic and navigating the lines smoothly. On top of that, their attention to detail is unmatched. The manager was carefully inspecting the cars as they came out of the wash, noticed that the machine had completely missed a spot on the back of my car, and immediately offered to send me through for a second run completely free of charge. You don't always get that level of care and proactive customer service at a car wash. I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been very different. Immediately after going through the wash, I noticed two deep scratches/gouges in my vehicle's paint. I reported the damage before leaving the property, and an employee personally inspected the vehicle, took photographs, and completed an incident report. I was told that a manager would review the report and contact me. Unfortunately, I have now tried calling multiple times and have left a voicemail, and I have also sent multiple emails. I still have not received a response. I'm leaving 2 stars because I want to be fair to the employees who were kind and helpful to me, but I'm very disappointed with the lack of follow-up regarding a vehicle-damage report. I would really like someone from management to contact me so we can resolve this directly.

Despite several cars being in front of me, Rafa texted me that my car was done at 11:05 AM. I was very thoroughly impressed by the condition of my car when I picked it up. I was worried that by paying $80 compared to $200 or $250 that it would show in the results, but the staff at PHCW did an amazing job. You would guess than it's probably 1 minute per dollar, but it's actually 13 seconds per quarter, or 52 seconds per dollar! They don't disclose this which feels scummy. In addition, they "no longer take quarters" but I believe this is really just a way to get more money from people paying cash-any leftover money is just a free loan you're giving the car wash. In addition, the owner is totally a bully. He will respond to people's posts in an abusive and belittling fashion, which is extremely unprofessional. People complain (rightfully) about being overcharged on their credit cards (since the cost per minute isn't posted this makes sense) and he insults them in response. The quality of the car wash is fine, I guess. I think it's very hard to mess up (it's just water and soap). I would not come here again if there was a different car wash in the area! Think twice if you can wash at home or somewhere else!

The signage does not state how much time your money gets you. So as the timer was going up...I did not understand when to press stop as indicated. It was confusing to say the least. So I ran my credit card twice. Unsure if I did it wrong or the machine was broken. I ended up using cash. And that worked great! I called the customer service number and he ended calling me back. He was very condescending and defensive. It was incredibly frustrating. He stated "there are signs everywhere including the sign you got our phone number from, and our machines are not broken, you just didn't nt follow the directions." Okay fine, but don't be a rude. And I NEVER CALLED HIM ANY NAMES. IF YOU CAN REVIEW THE PHONE CALL. THEN POST IT.

I've had a couple of staff members look upset when I asked for what I wanted instead of their higher quality services. Though the service is great, the value has skyrocketed in recent memory. I understand for the detailing they provide, but for interior and exterior washes, a little too pricey. The little coffee shop located near the waiting area has dipped in quality, too. This is about the type of wash and what it did to my car. The car wash is fast, convenient and as I mentioned friendly staff. I had a membership and over time it really messed with my cars paint and one time tore off the factory roof rack rails (which they took care of). Very rarely was my car completely clean, the interior got a lot of scuffs and scrapes from their vacuuming. The exterior received the brunt of it all, small scratches, swirl marks and chipped door handle paint. So when I recently got a new car I made the decision I'd take care of it myself. This review is about the long term effects it had on my car.
