In regards to getting a hair cut, I can't speak to the quality of BC Barber Co. But, in regards to their customer service, it was all I needed to know that I was not going to get a hair cut here. I walked in BC Barber Co looking to see if I could get my hair cut after work one day, but they were all booked up, which is very understandable. Thus, one of the barbers set me up with an after-work appointment at 6:00pm the very next day (but failed to tell me that if I was only a few mins late that they would cancel my hair cut...). So, the next day I was on my way from work to my scheduled appointment time, but because of unexpected traffic as a result of road construction, I was late to my appointment 5 WHOLE MINUTES. I even left work early to make sure I got there on time. The barber that greeted me then informed me that they couldn't cut my hair because I was late by only a few minutes. Apparently, they have VERY strict 30-minute appointment slots that take precedence over customers and their uncontrollable situations (1. How do you have it down to a science that it takes EXACTLY 30mins to cut someone's hair? God forbid you go over by FIVE MINUTES. 2. Good customer service tries to resolve issues and works around circumstances to the benefit of the customer, not to some arbitrary *unspoken* rule.) So, without much explanation or attempts to help me, the barber then essentially kicked me out and told me to try again another time. He didn't try to help me while I was there in person, he didn't apologize, nor did he make any kinds of amends. In a very stern tone, he said it was my fault, I needed to leave, and it was on me to make another appointment and make sure I was on time next time. He then turned around and walked off. That's it. I stood there for a second confused, but when I realized no one else was going to help me or say anything else I turned around and walked out. Once again, BC Barber Co may give amazing hair cuts for all I know, but being in a place like Denver there are PLENTY of other quality Barbershops that give just as good hair cuts with MUCH better customer service. Don't go to a place like this that doesn't treat their customers like what they are: CUSTOMERS. THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE YOU MONEY AND MAKE YOUR BUSINESS SUCCESSFUL. read more

This is a wonderful barbershop full of talented people and a great overall vibe. The prices are outstanding for the quality of work they do, which is often hard to find. Also, they offer online scheduling that is so convenient! While everyone on the staff is talented I always go there for Shauna specifically. Didn't even acknowledge or apologize to me until I asked her something. Chris P. Stepped up and took me in and did a great job. My buddy was with me and I asked Chantal if she could take him in my place since she was late and she refused. DO NOT BOOK WITH CHANTAL. SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT CARE FOR HER CUSTOMERS. This place is on point. You should call for an appointment because the people working there are always booked, which is always a good sign. Brandon, the owner, gives great cuts and is easy to talk to, but I've had my hair cut by a couple other guys there and the results are always the same--easy conversation (or not if that's not your thing--they pick up on the cues quickly) and a sharp looking cut. Plus, it's not a sprawling, impersonal chain--supporting local business is a nice bonus. This is the only place I'll get my hair cut in Denver, and will be bringing my 6mo old here as soon as he's ready for his first cut. read more

Went in for a cut and was never acknowledged what so ever. Absolutely no customer service! Didn't receive a greeting, no one asked me to have a seat or said they would be with me shortly. It was like I was invisible. One guy was in the middle of a cut, the other was on his phone and one was outside on the bench.. Was really looking forward to getting cut here too, so unfortunate.
