And when someone answers, the CS reps are in India...taking the jobs away from Americans...for the sake of BofA saving money. Perhaps they should change their name to Bank of India as there are no CS reps in America any longer. I moved $180,000 from BofA savings to Discover Saving Bank; all Discover employees (credit card and savings bank) are in the US. The CS is superb. I recommend Discover to anyone wanting top level CS. I came here with my mother wanting to remove myself from her account. My mom lives 6 hours (driving) away and was visiting so we thought it was a good opportunity to go to the bank to do this. Wrong. We were told the next appointment was the following day. Wow. Really? A simple service to remove someone from an account. This is ridiculous. We don't live in the same city. I don't recommend this branch because it is not properly staffed or doesn't have proper staff training to provide typical bank services to customers. Bad experience and will likely cause me to close all my accounts at Chase. Months later when I visit my mother we went to the Chase bank where she lives and it took all of 5-10 minutes. What a joke this branch is. This location of Chase bank should be retrained because the quality of service is poor. I recall getting a phone call from this branch telling me that it was open again after Covid closure. That was highly suspicious Spam but now that I had this experience, makes sense at the unprofessional operation. The parking is not too busy but it is located in the middle of the city. There's a Starbucks in the same plaza. There are one way exits and it can be pretty inconvenient.

During a visit to the branch, I witnessed an employee treating a coworker in a manner that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. Concerned by what I observed, I contacted management to report the incident. Unfortunately, the conversation itself lacked the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in a leadership position. Customer service and workplace culture reflect directly on an organization, and what I witnessed raised serious concerns about both. After more than two decades of banking here, I no longer feel confident in the quality of service or leadership at this institution. As a result, I am planning to close my accounts and move my business elsewhere. I hope the bank takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve both employee treatment and management accountability.

She had the audacity to tell me this was an "Apple issue" when I couldn't sign on to THEIR banking account and I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe something is going on at home, but that's why you leave those problems at the door when you arrive to work and don't be mean to your customers! Especially the nice ones. Shame on her for that. I called back later and spoke with someone named Danielle who was an ABSOLUTE sweetheart to me and fixed my problem in seconds! It's amazing what kindness can do. She literally saved my life and THAT is who the extra star is for. I would give her 1,000 if I could! Love her so much thank you for helping me girl! They should promote her asap!!!
